eautiful 4 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath Family Home Located in Tranquil Fletcher Hills. This 3,000 sq. ft. Home is Perfect for large families who wish to Relax in a Peaceful Setting.

24-hour self check-in keypad after 4pm and check-out at 11AM.

Host does not allow parties/events. This is NOT a Party House! This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, Guests who do not respect this will be asked to leave.
The space
This Beautiful Home Features 3 Living Spaces, 2 Fireplaces, A Formal Dining Room, Breakfast Area, & Eat in Bar. There are 4 Bedrooms Downstairs, the Master Bedroom has a Adjustable Bed, attached Bathroom with a large duel shower. The home has 6 Televisions with Direct TV & Wifi. There is a Large Laundry Room located between the bedrooms. Downstairs Living Space & Master Bedroom have sliders that open up to the Pool, Patio & Grass Area. Quiet, Clean Pets Welcome. Large Driveway and plenty of room on street for Guests Traveling with an RV or Trailer.

No Smoking or Vaping Inside Home

Spa heating is included in the nightly rate, pool heating is not. Guests who wish to have the pool heated during their stay can make arrangements ahead of time to do so. There is an additional $100 per night charge.

Perfect home away from home!We had the most wonderful day! This rental truly had it all – the pool was a highlight, offering the perfect spot for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or simply unwinding in the sun. The house itself is incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. From the fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms, it really felt like home. We loved the attention to detail in every room. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay this place is everything to make your trip,effortless and enjoyable. Highly recommend!!

Family trip

The property has a gorgeous view. Lots of comfortable seating. We had an issue with the pool heater and the managers response was immediate. The house is loaded with everything. So close to the highway and beautiful San Carlos. Definitely coming back.

Excellent House and Host

We traveled to San Diego for a dance competition. It was 11 days and a hotel wasn’t going to work. This house was perfect. It was an easy 15 minute drive to the hotel that was hosting the competition. There are multiple Targets, grocery stores, and malls with 14-20 mins and also the beach and balboa park. If you are looking for a nice place to stay that is in a quiet residential neighborhood but is still a short drive to most of what San Diego has to offer, this place is perfect.

Pristine Oasis in Sunny CA

This was our second stay at this property and we can't wait to be back for a third! The best communication, easy check-in and check-out, eat off the floor levels of clean, ample parking, safe neighborhood, and overall A space! Don't pass this property up!

Perfect, CLEAN home

This home was perfect for 6 adults visiting the El Cajon area. I have stayed in many VRBO homes over the years and this, by far, beats any others. It is well stocked with towels and wash clothes, hand towels, soap, etc. The beds were super comfortable. There are 4 bedrooms all on the downstairs level as well as 2 bathrooms and a living area. Upstairs (main floor) is 2 more living areas, a dining room, kitchen, with breakfast nook and and 1/2 bath. The back yard is AMAZING. There is a two-tiered deck with plenty of seating. A fantastic pool and hot tub/spa. The kitchen was well stocked. (rare in a VRBO) The location is great, shopping, restaurants and the freeways were all close. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and beautiful. The host was friendly and quick to answer any questions we had.

Wonderful Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Jeannette was communicative and welcoming. The property was as described. It was very clean, had a homey feeling to it. The pool was fantastic. She went above and beyond what I would ever expect of a host. If we are ever in the area, we will definitely stay there again!

Our stay in the sun.

We looked for a home away from the hustle on the city so we could relax between tourist destinations. This home is in a wonderful neighborhood. Birds greet you each morning on the deck as you have that first cup of coffee. The grill played a huge roll in several of our meals. So glad the hit tub was heated as the afternoon breeze could be cool. Lots of parking made having multiple cars easy. I really appreciated the vast quantity of towels. Kids use lots of towels. As an elder I did use the stair chair a few times and that is a first for me. The number of excellent tvs made viewing great for all age groups.
