"Super nice. Quiet. We stayed two nights. Wanted an additional night, but if was fully booked. I’m not a pool person, but spending some time at the pool side with a book and my girlfriend as the only company was nice. Yet, the pool is small and the area simple. No luxury, other the Mountain View and the quiet. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Kitchen ok. Not top notch. This hotel was still way better than many four and even five stars hotels I’ve stayed at. "

The check in process was smooth, and when we arrived at the hotel, we found out we left our passports in the safety box at the previous hotel, they helped us to phone the previous hotel and located the passports so we could go back to get them. What touched us the most is they truly care about customers, and treat customer's problem as their own, so they tried their best to help out. not having an attitude as that's your problem,...
