"I checked few hotels in Ein Bokek. Some of them have AC very noisy. This hotel was very quiet in this matter. Another good thing was, no kids. It was another reason for a quiet place. The only problem was, I was in non-smoking area outside with the sign "No smoking". Some people disregarded the sign and they smoke. I asked person on front desk to get involved in this matter , but he just ignored it. He suppose to stop them from smoking or to send then to a smoking area."

"The staff were excellent! The room was very clean. There was lots of light coming through the window. The view was nice as well. There is a nice pool, sauna, and gym in the hotel. Breakfast was nice. The hotel is walking distance to a mall, shopping center, restaurants, grocery stores, a vegetable market, and the bus station. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The food is wonderful , no doubt .I booked a panoramic view room .That means upgraded room . We get that old room , not updated , broken drawer , no table at the balcony .Near the elevator. The engine is heard all day and all night. And the clerk at the reception said , its what you booked for .period"

"No response to messages through Expedia before arrival. No call back as promised after reaching out by phone. No parking and no follow up to a promise to notify when parking is available. No direct access to beach. Overall a feeling of barely controlled chaos. Awful attitude from reception staff and worse at spa reception.
