"Rooms are noisy, we had one bed that was very squeeky. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it took over 30 minutes to get because they forgot about us. Rooftop was also not open, and we didn't know it was not open until we got there. "

"The pool was closed for repairs, which was the primary reason we chose this hotel. The room smelled like urine but did improve once we turned on the air conditioning. They gave us a handicapped accessible room (which we didnt need) and the adjustable shower head would not stay up. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it was smelly and musty after use.
