"This hotel has bicycles available for guests, and most of the staff is very attentive. Unfortunately, the gentleman working in the coffee shop was unable to make me a cappuccino with lactose-free milk, and when he finally did, it tasted terrible. He still charged me for it, and then asked if I could pay his bill so he could go upstairs. Aside from him, the rest of the staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are great, and I loved the story times they have every day! The location...

"Excellent boutique hotel for location and friendly staff."

"Staff was courteous. Rooms were clean. Bathroom not great. "

I can’t wait to come back to this dreamy place a block from the ocean. "

"We had booked for two nights 3 deluxe bedrooms all of which were dirty poorly and maintained. We were there for a wedding weekend and they were fully booked and they didn’t have any rooms to move us to. They said they may be able to move us the following day. I complained straight away they attempted to clean 1 of...
