"The hotel was okay overall. It was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, but it’s quite out of the way, so getting to and from attractions took more time than expected. There wasn’t anything particularly special or memorable about the property itself. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in and any questions easy to deal with."

"BTSのライブの際に予約が取れて本当にラッキーでした。スタジアム目の前です。お部屋には電気ポットがあり便利でした。ライブ前後も十分に休息出来ました。スタッフの方も親切に行先への案内もして頂けました。少しバスルームが古さを感じ、シャワー扉が完全に閉まらなくてお水が床に出て濡れてしまいましたが、BTSライブというブリュッセル自体が大変混んでいた日にこちらに宿泊出来て本当にありがたかったです。"

"Tout était parfait, chambre très grande et agréable. Petit déjeuner très diversifié et de qualité. Service de location de vélos pratique pour se rendre dans le centre ville de Gand en 20 mn avec des pistes cyclables le long de cours d'eau : très agréable. Le seul problème : toutes les bornes de recharge électrique étaient en panne !"

"The carpets need to go. Old and not very clean. I have allergies and needless to say the entire stay my throat was flared. The staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was descent. We unfortunately had a room on the first floor which was loud. A/c was barely functional. It worked but the room was never comfortable during the heat wave. The hotel is dated, needs a bit of a lift. We ate at the restaurant on our last day and the food wasn't great, I had mushroom and chicken risotto 3 tiny squares if...

"It’s a very centric hotel, you can go everywhere on walking distance!! The hotel was a awesome and dope decor!! Wish the room was cooler even after putting the A/C on high all night."

"Great location in a hip neighborhood. Rooms were very quiet as it seemed the place was full of families and children but we didn’t hear a peep. Free water and coffee all day. Easy to use lockers to keep our luggage since our train departed well after check out. Will definitely book again:)"

"J'ai beaucoup apprécié la disposition de la chambre et sa grande capacité. Le lit était très confortable et la douche suffisamment grande. Les produits fournis (gels douche, shampooing, lait corporel) étaient doux et de bonne qualité. De plus l'hôtel est bien placé (quartier européen) avec 2 stations de métro et une gare toute proche. Très satisfaite de mon séjour."

"They have a really good coffee, latte machine, espresso, etc. it’s more like a continental breakfast with fruit Belgian waffles and juice. The staff is very friendly. The air condition works pretty good. The shower was very nice and modern. The room was small, but big enough for one person. I recommend this hotel over the IBIS Midi Station one that I stayed at the night before."

"Check in took a little longer than normal due to only one receptionist but he was very helpful (and apologetic). The room was perfect for an overnight stay between journeys. Sadly the kitchen was only offering a limited selection so I can’t rate the food there, but there was a good selection of snacks to purchase."

"The room was clean and comfortable. We had some minor issues with the room; but the staff was very responsive to our requests. This was a very unique experience with the animation theme, which we enjoyed. It was close to the train station which was helpful to us because we arrived on the Eurostar from Paris and needed to take the ICE/DB to Berlin. We walked and took the Metro to the city center every day."

"Excellent central location with exceptional staff. Small rooms but perfectly acceptable. Could do with a little smartning for example the doors need painting. Great hotel."
