Vail, with its world-famous village, dining, and nightlife, is only 15–20 minutes away. For evenings in Beaver Creek Village, skip the drive entirely: the free Village Connect shuttle runs regularly throughout ski season and drops you right in the thick of it. ECO Transit also connects the Vail Valley corridor if you`d rather leave the car parked for the week.

A few honest notes: This is a townhome in an active community, full-time residents live next door, so guests are asked to be respectful of noise, especially in the evenings. The `ski-in/ski-out` access involves a short 200-yard walk and a small set of stairs to reach the lift area (no actual ski run to the door). And for summer stays, there`s no A/C, but at this elevation, cracking the windows to let in the 50-degree mountain air keeps things comfortable. REMOVE SHOES / BOOTS. To protect the beautiful wood floors and white carpet, we kindly ask that you remove shoes and boots in the entryway. Thank you for helping us maintain this home`s pristine condition..
NO SMOKING. Smoking, including the smoking or vaping of tobacco or marijuana, is PROHIBITED in all condominiums, balconies, lobby, elevator, parking garage, pool and all other inside and external common areas of the building. This will be strictly enforced by the property manager and condominium board.
NO PETS. This property is NOT a pet-friendly unit, and will be strictly enforced. Please do not bring pets into the building or pool area at any time.
FIREPLACE: Feel free to enjoy the fireplace while you`re in the living area, but please remember to turn it off when you leave the room.
PARKING. The parking garage has a dedicated parking space for unit B4 that will accommodate two normal sized vehicles. Please do not park in any other spaces as your vehicle will be subject to ticketing and/or tow. There are overflow parking spaces in the skier lot to the west of the property.
POOL & HOT TUB. The Pool & Hot Tub are there for your enjoyment, please abide by the rules posted at the entrance. Hours are 12-6pm. Please do not leave towels or robes from the unit in the pool area as these will not make it back to the condo.
QUIET HOURS. 10 PM to 8 AM. No excessive noise, radios, speakers, or other apparatus may be used that cause any unreasonable annoyance within the building, pool and outside common areas.
FIRE PIT ON PATIO. The gas fire pit on the patio is available for your use. Please be sure to turn off the gas when finished so the next guests can enjoy this amenity as well.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
NO SKI OR SNOWBOARD EQUIPMENT OFF TILE FLOOR. All ski and snowboard equipment must remain on the tile entryway floor. Please store skis, poles, and snowboards in the ski storage locker just outside the front door, and boots, helmets, etc. in the entryway changing area. Ski boots can damage the wood floors, so we ask that you remove them before walking into the rest of the home.
TREAT OUR HOME WITH LOVE AND RESPECT. Kindly treat the property with care and the same love you would treat your own. Any damages or missing items will be reported, and charges may apply.
