  • Nuestra hermosa casa de Colorado viene completamente equipada para sus vacaciones de verano. Bellamente decorado, excelente ubicación, tranquilo y confortable.
    Te sentirás como en casa aquí, esperamos. El nivel principal cuenta con un plano de planta abierto con techos altos, pisos duraderos, chimenea, cocina espaciosa, mesa de comedor grande, patio al aire libre con parrilla de gas y asientos, y un tocador. Arriba está la cama principal (cama king) y baño. Lavandería, dos habitaciones, baño completo y garaje están abajo. Una de las habitaciones de la planta baja está configurada como una sala con sofá cama y TV. Otro dormitorio tiene una cama queen. A solo unos pasos de la puerta de entrada se encuentra el Homestead Court Club con piscina cubierta y bañera de hidromasaje, baño de vapor, canchas de tenis, canchas de racquetball, equipo cardiovascular, pesas, bicicletas Peloton, Pilates y clases de gimnasia. Es una caminata corta, un paseo en bicicleta o conducir hasta Riverwalk, donde puedes comer en uno de una docena de restaurantes, comprar comestibles, comprar o ir al cine. Los senderos para caminar y andar en bicicleta a lo largo del río Eagle o en los espacios abiertos de nuestro vecindario son hermosos y de fácil acceso. Para las actividades de verano, estamos ubicados a solo 10 minutos de Beaver Creek y a unos 15 minutos de Vail. Estamos a poca distancia de la ruta del autobús a través del valle. Si vuela directamente al aeropuerto de Eagle (EGE), estamos a solo 20 minutos en coche.

Mountain Get Away

We love this place…great setting…nice living room and large kitchen…Bedrooms and bathrooms are great too. Nice trails close by to walk on.

Great stay in Edwards

We had a great weekend stay at this townhouse. Very comfortable, well furnished and well stocked with everything you would need. Cozy and great location. We loved using the pool and hot tub too. Would definitely book this place again!

Very nice stay

The place was very clean and nice. I had not looked at the pictures before booking it but my friend said it was good and I was very surprised at how nice it was for the price!

Great Stay in Edwards

Great property, very clean and well equipped in the kitchen, bathrooms and everywhere. Super comfortable and very quiet. In an awesome location, close to everything. I would highly recommend this VRBO for a wonderful mountain getaway.

Spacious stay close to Beaver Creek

This place was the perfect accommodation for skiing at Beaver Creek for the weekend. It was spacious, comfortable and felt like home so much so we're considering renting it for a whole month! The hosts were incredibly communicative and accommodating and we'll definitely be back.

Geat condo in a great neighborhood

Nice kitchen and family room lay out. master bedroom upstairs with bath. One of the nicer places we have stayed. Easy drive to Beaver Creek and Vail

Great Place for Access to Skiing and Dining

The property was great for three adults since it has three bedrooms with queen or larger beds. Townhouse is very user friendly, and is a quick drive to downtown Edwards, which has plenty of restaurants and shops. Within easy driving distance of a few great ski resorts. Was a great home base location for our ski trip at a reasonable price.

Nice weekend ski getaway

Check in and check out was easy. Kim was quick to respond to all my questions. The home had everything we needed and the neighborhood was dog friendly. The amenities were also nice and a short walk/drive.

Great stay

Property was great spot to enjoy skiing & all that the area has to offer. Place was updated, very well equipped & a comfortable place to stay. Responsive owner for any questions etc. Highly recommend.

A must stay in Edwards!

This home is the perfect place to stay. it was so clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable home away from home. The location is ideal with beautiful hiking trails just down the road and the town center a 3 minute car ride away. the host was so accommodating and responsive. 5 stars for sure!!

Cozy Mountain Retreat

Lived in Colorado all our lives, but this was the first time we spent time in Vail/Edwards! Very quaint town, and the house is a short drive to Vail. Saw the Vail skating show and spent time in the village. It was great to return to the house and unwind by the fireplace. The perfect mountain getaway.

GREAT place to stay near Beaver Creek/Vail!!

We had an amazing stay at Peter and Kim’s place in Edwards! This home is great for a trip with friends or family. The house is comfortable, clean, and well equipped with everything. Kim and Peter were excellent; they were very responsive if we needed anything. Definitely want to have a car here and would strongly recommend 4WD in the winter. We enjoyed it so much we’re already planning our next visit!

Ski-cation!

The first thing my family said when we walked into this property was, "you did awesome, mom!" It had everything we needed and was so close to Beaver Creek! It took me ten minutes and was so convenient! We loved Edwards! Kim was always quick to answer any questions we had! Another great ski trip, we would definitely rent this place again!

MOUNTAIN FUN

We actually got to stay at this property for a fair amount of time. For our family of 4 , two teenage boys. The townhome was perfect. They had their own space on the bottom, which was great, and the adults were on the top floor with a king size bed with their own bathroom, which is great. There is a clubhouse that had a pool weight room we got to use, also downtown Edwards was literally down the hill. The house was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was really great thank you.

Mountain Comfort

We had a fantastic stay in Edwards. The townhome had all the comforts of home. Truly, the kitchen was fully stocked with all that you may need to prepare meals. Not only was it charming in its aesthetics it offered plenty of space and room to spread out after a day of skiing. The location was absolute perfection as it was close to stores, shops, restaurants and, most importantly, the skiing! Thank you to Kim for her quick responses and communication. * I would highly recommend that anyone traveling here to have a vehicle with snow tires, a 4x4 or AWD and/ or chains. You will find it difficult to make it up the driveway as well as the street.

Wonderful Townhome in Edwards

Our family had a wonderful stay in this charming, well equipped, and pet friendly townhome in the Homestead area of Edwards! Kimberly was easy to work with, very responsive to our questions, and readily helped resolve issues we had with our booking through VRBO. Her place is delightful and the neighbors friendly and helpful! We would happily stay here again in the future!
