Large modern log cabin in the sophisticated neighborhood of Cordillera.

The pet fee of $500 covers steam cleaning.  All pets must be approved by the owner prior to booking.  One dog is expected; more than that is not guaranteed.
End-of-stay cleaning is $600
Damage deposit is $5000
A flat utility fee of $500 per month covers internet, hot tub, electric, gas, trash-recycling

Short Course (seasonal): Tenants can play golf at the Short Course, however; the homeowner would need to book the tee time for the renter at the following rate:
Greens: $25
Cart: $20 per player

Athletic Center: Tenants have access using the property Tenant ID Badge for staffed hours:
8am-6pm

Trailhead: Tenants have access using the property Tenant ID Badge from the hours:
9am-6pm

Need transponders for vehicles.   Metro District 970.926.1923 (Nancy)

THIS PROPERTY HAS SECURITY CAMERAS IN COMMON AREAS - in the driveway, front door, and back patio.
