6. For fire safety, the use of open flames, including candles, is prohibited.
7. Please be aware that a family lives in the upper portion of the house. You may hear the normal sounds of a family living upstairs.
8. Pet-Friendly Home: We love welcoming pets! Because this is a pet-friendly space, it may not be the best fit for guests with severe pet allergies or those who require a completely allergen-free environment.
9. Security: For your safety and security, an outdoor-only camera is located on the premises. A noise monitoring device is also enabled inside; it only measures decibel levels and does not record or store any sounds or conversations.
10. Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for your use in the mechanical room. We kindly ask that you only operate the laundry equipment and do not touch any other machinery in that room.
