For the price, I strongly doubt if you will find such a centrally located big house! I will definitely stay again and again. It was a nice getaway with my family as our company was concluding their project in the area. I love the new upgrades that were added, especially the smart pet feeder and the back yard patio furniture with the bbq. These were not here the last we stayed here. Thanks Lifegate

There were quite a few things that were not accurate. No bbq no a/c tv not working broken window no key in box no hair dryer no yard broken light fixture it was so hot we had to rent another place for a few nights they did come eventually to mow the lawn and sign into netflix and fix hanging light

This was the perfect spot for a family of six to enjoy their time in Edmonton. It’s a tucked away in a suburb very close to amenities which was great as I 3/6 of our party have disabilities. Overall a great stay.

Good, but...

All in all the house was very nice. Lots of room, soft beds and lots of added amenities.However....When we got there we noticed the house was 25 degrees Celsius. Obviously it being summer, that's a bit on the warm side. We noticed that the battery was low on the thermostat which made it so we couldn't adjust the A/C. I reached out and advised the owner of the situation. They advised that someone would we put the following evening. As this is our holiday we were out during the day, however back at the house by supper time. The evening came and went and no one came by. Again I reached out, and they reached out to their technician. It wasn't until after midnight that they finally got back to me to advise that, the technician went to the wrong house.Frustrating, but giving them the benefit of the doubt, and being told, again, someone would be by the following evening. Still when we returned, no one had come by.While I understand that mistakes happen, I don't appreciate being told something will happen not once, but twice.While a battery change isn't a big deal, it was still frustrating and put a small damper on the overall experience.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood but the description wasn't accurate

As the title says. Listing said the fridge was stocked, it just had some old beer in it. Additionally there was no indication that we couldn't use the garage until we arrived and got the check in email.Other than that it's nicely set up and in a good place. No cleanliness issues and all appliances worked perfectly

Wasn’t as good as expected from the photos.

Tables and floors were dirty and sticky, they charge you 100 for cleaning fee which I’m guessing they don’t even use to clean the house. Host didn’t pick up the phone even after the 7th call, overall just a whole lack of communication from the host.

Amazing!!

My family and I had such a lovely experience! The house is spacious and beautiful. It is also located in a new and safe neighbourhood and about 12 minutes from the WEM. Anything you could possibly need was provided for us, and the place was very clean. My two-year-old son absolutely loved the play tunnels and now calls this home his "Edmonton house". Thank you for being an amazing host and for being kid and pet-friendly. (Baby chair and pack and play were also there for us to use for our 11-month-old!). Thank you again- we will definitely be back!

Really spacious, quiet and cozy

I had an appointment with my crew company around the area and reached out to Lifegate Bnb, the communication was fast and smooth. I received such a kind treatment that I will definitely be booking again for longer stay. The house was spacious, very clean and with modern cozy fixtures. They have a very fast internet that helped me in my presentation arrangement. The location is beautiful, a serene street close to lots of stores, minutes away from West Edmonton Mall (Mall) and has a ravine close!-by with walking and biking trails. It was a very short stay for me due to my appointment but I highly recommend this place for business travellers and vacationing families or other tourists.
