⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT ‣ We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to cleaning needs, but may allow up to 2 hours of flexibility with at least 24 hours’ notice. A small fee may apply and is subject to approval, as early arrivals or late departures aren’t always possible. If the home is ready sooner, we’ll let you know.
🧳 LOST OR FORGOTTEN ITEMS ‣ Please double-check before leaving. Items left behind are stored for 14 days, then donated or discarded. Coordination for pickup or return will incur a shipping and admin fee. We are not responsible for items left, lost, or damaged after departure.
📦 MAIL & PARCELS ‣ We do not have access to a mailbox at this property. Please do not use our address for receiving mail. If you require postal service, contact a local post office for options. 🛠 MAINTENANCE & ACCESS ‣ Emergencies may require entry without notice. For non-emergencies, we will always provide notice where possible. Guests will always receive a message from us as soon as possible in all situations.
💳 CANCELLATIONS ‣ For bookings where Contigo Properties is the payment processor, a 10% non-refundable processing fee applies at the time of booking. Cancellations and refunds follow the Contigo Properties Cancellation Policy provided at reservation for these platforms. If any site displays “free cancellation,” the Contigo Properties policy takes precedence. By booking, guests authorize Contigo Properties to charge the card on file per the agreed payment schedule and acknowledge that chargebacks for authorized transactions are not permitted.

This is an excellent place for a large family or extended family to stay! We had kids and grandkids stay with us to celebrate Christmas with family. The house is extremely well appointed. The kitchen had some things that we don't even have at home. Multiple games for people to enjoy. The hot tub was a big attraction even in the winter. Sometimes the pictures make a place look better than it is, but not in this case. The house was more impressive than the pictures. The three separate sitting areas and two dining areas (plus game table in basement) allow lots of people to enjoy conversation or get a little space if necessary. 3.5 bathrooms are great for a larger group. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place for our family to stay- 6 of us. Plenty of room and WestEd is super close. Communication with owners was great, they responded promptly to my questions. Also so many great extras like board games, high chair, extra charging cables and easy to follow instructions and labelling on the remote controllers to use tv and surround sound speakers. So annoying when there’s 4 remotes and no clue how to get things going properly on the TV. Would stay again. Thanks!

This house was absolutely perfect. 4 friends met in Edmonton and had several activities planned. We skipped a couple activities so we could spend more time together at the house. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and backyard gazebo with fire table. There wasn't one thing we wanted for and appreciated the coffee to get us started. The house was very clean and the decor was superb. There were lots of areas in the house to come together and the beds were very comfortable. Thanks to the owners for a perfect stay.... thanks so much!!

This house is a gem. The house is beautifully decorated, Taras and Oksana were very prompt in communication, and they thought of every detail to make our stay feel extra special. All the little things you may have forgotten to pack, are exactly where you might expect to find them in the house. The backyard deck and hot tub were a perfect place to rest, relax and get some fresh air, and the location was calm and quiet. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Will book again.

Wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood. Loved being so close to the mall and across from a large park. Just like the pictures showed and we spent most of our time between the well equipped kitchen and relaxing backyard. The thoughtful details like games and charging cords plus the supplies available mean you only need to pack your own clothes. We will definitely be back with a larger group next time! Excellent response time when we had questions.

Spacious and clean
