It has 3700 sq feet fully finished home come with 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, 4 and half bathrooms. Jetted tub in master ensuite. 2 bedrooms come with own ensuite. Open to below in front entry with metal railing stair case. Formal dining room with cherry wood dining set. Nicely decorated with high end furniture. Exercise room in basement. Huge yard for your evening with family and pets enjoyment.

We will definitely stay here again. For two larger families there was room to spare! The place is huge and open concept with high ceilings giving a very spacious atmosphere. Beds were very comfortable and clean. A very comfortable place to stay. Host is very approachable and available by text for any questions we had. This house is only a few minutes from the ring road making it easy access to all of Edmonton. Overall great value!:)

We were a party of 11, 9 adults and 2 children, and there was space for everyone without it feeling crowded. We loved all the bathrooms and all the appliances worked. No complaints. It’s close to shopping, Costco, etc. The property manager was friendly and very responsive to questions. Would recommend!

The house was perfect for our group with lots of space for everyone. The property manager was great with communication. Location of the home was perfect and it was easy to get around. The only thing I would say that needs to be dealt with is the furniture in the main living room. It’s quite worn with animals scratches on it and it should be replaced.

More room than we could use

We were a party of 8. Loved all the bathrooms and had plenty of room. Fenced yard was great, all appliances worked well. No complaints. The owner was amazing to work with and was so accommodating. Would recommend!!!! Close to shopping and the casino.

Spacious, Pet Friendly House

We enjoyed this house, with lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and a fenced in yard for our dogs. The property manager was super friendly and texted promptly with the things we needed to know. The house was generally clean, but could use a bit of shining up, as the walls and doors were marked, and baseboards were dusty. The furniture in the upstairs living room was super worn. We suggested that the house have mats at the front door entrance and Inside garage door entrance, for dirty, wet shoes and boots. We appreciated the space in the house and being able to have our dogs stay with us. This house worked well for what we needed.

Lovely Space

We really enjoyed our stay! This is a large house, with many bedrooms and lots of comfortable spaces to hang out in. The air conditioning was also a huge plus, as we were there during a heat wave. The owner responded quickly to messages and shared all relevant information well in advance. We would definitely stay here again!

Wedding weekend

A relaxing get-away

I think what drew us to this property, besides that it checked all the boxes for us, was our hostess. She was friendly and welcoming right from the start. Not a million rules to make me nervous. This is a lovely home and a great space for a large group. Everyone had their own room yet there were plenty of spaces to gather as a group. It was also really easy drive to the West Edmonton Mall. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect location, Property was fantastic for a Thanksgiving weekend

Everything was great for us. Having lots of space and multiple bathrooms was fantastic. Lots of things close and wonderful back yard. We had everything we needed to do a great Thanksgiving dinner. Family friendly

Family friendly home. It was very clean and in a really good location. If you have small children, you do have to be mindful of the sharp corners and stairs but otherwise our kids had a good time. Their basement area is sufficient for another family! There are even 2 sets of washer and dryers. I would recommend their property if you have lots of people with you. I would book it again.

Weekend Stay

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. There was lots of room for 9 adults to stay and have individual quiet time if needed. Also had a very easy to use security system. We were in Edmonton for my cousin's wedding and it was the perfect house for us to stay at. Linda was very helpful and great with communication.
