    This great 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is located directly facing an expansive park complete with a fun playground - perfect if you are travelling with kids!

    This home is well equipped with all of the furnishings, kitchenwares, linens & towels you will need to comfortably enjoy your stay whether it is a quick weekend trip, or a long term business stay. Our favorite extra amenities at this home include the double detached garage, natural gas bbq and full sized in suite laundry.

    This is a newer townhouse style home. You have a shared wall with a neighbour on each side.

    The home is tastefully decorated and fully stocked with all of the essentials you will need for a comfortable stay. Towels, bedding, dishes & cookware are all included.

    On the top level of the home you will find 3 bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. The primary suite includes a connected ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms share the 2nd full bathroom.

    On the main floor you will find the front & back entrances, living room, boot room, 1/2 bathroom, kitchen with island & dining area.

    *In the recently remodelled basement you will find the laundry facilities a 3rd full bathroom and the 4th bedroom. The living room in the basement also has a pull out sleeper sofa.

    The garage is a detached double garage located in the back alley.

    The BBQ at this property uses a propane tank. There may be some gas available upon your arrival; however, once it runs out, guests are responsible for purchasing or refilling the tank if they wish to continue using the BBQ during their stay.

Our family celebrated thanks giving at this lovely property. The kitchen was very well supplied. We were able to comfortably cook, watch hockey and baseball. Beds comfy, lots of space to relax and visit. Location great - park close by, quiet neighborhood, charming views, and most importantly good access to city and airport. Thank you all so very much !!

Our plan: check in, get settled, kennel the dog and go out for dinner. On arrival, the cleaning staff were still there and told us the previous renters had left a big mess, and they were still cleaning up. We contacted the property manager and were told we were welcome to use the property fully. We were not comfortable leaving our dog with a stranger, so we felt we could not go out to dinner. We asked the owner for a price adjustment, but they refused, saying we still had full access to the property, even with the cleaning lady there, and us not being comfortable leaving the dog with a stranger, so our plans had to change.Other than that, it needs a SERIOUS deep clean and refresh (paint, carpets/furniture cleaned) - honestly, it was close to disgusting. Some examples: huge brown stain on kitchen ceiling, greasy/grimey baseboards, visibly dirty (almost black) fresh air returns, broken kitchen faucet, very dirty carpets on stairs and 2nd floor, damaged furniture, smoke detector battery dead and beeping on the hour at 3:00 am (and no fresh batteries available), only wet duvets available, very dirty shoe matts, disgustingly dirty under basement couch, broken coffee maker lid, tv wires hanging everywhere. I have pictures of all this, but unfortunately, I cannot post them. Avoid this property. I am sure the owner will reply and say "Sorry, we are taking care of this" - but this is a major, something they need to invest time and money in (which I doubt they will).
