Lorelei is a family-friendly and peaceful neighborhood located in the northwestern part of Edmonton. It is known for its beautiful green spaces, including Lake Beaumaris, a large man-made lake that provides residents with stunning views and numerous recreational opportunities. The lake is surrounded by a scenic walking path that is perfect for walking, jogging, and cycling. There are also several parks and green spaces in the area, such as Lorelei Park, Beaumaris Park, and Castledowns Park, which offer a range of amenities, such as playgrounds, sports fields, and picnic areas.
There are also several shopping and dining options in the area, including the Castle Downs and Northgate Shopping Centre, which offers a range of stores and services, such as supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, and restaurants.
Lorelei is well-connected to the rest of Edmonton via major roadways such as Castle Downs Road, 97th Street, and Anthony Henday Drive. The neighbourhood also has several bus routes that provide convenient access to other parts of the city. Additionally, the nearby Eaux Claires Transit Centre provides residents with access to multiple bus routes and connects to the Edmonton LRT system, making it easy to travel to other parts of the city.
Whether you have your own transportation, are renting a car during your stay, need to access public transit, or want to call an Uber/taxi, Edmonton provides access to anything you need to get you to where to where you need to go.

✦ Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews may be required to pay a $250 damage deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.
✦ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
✦ Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund. ✦ Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. There are others living in the area so we have neighbours to respect.
✦ No pets allowed in the home. No Exceptions.
✦ Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If the host cannot directly contact guests on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to its beginning.
✦ This is a NON-PARTY home. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Evidence of a party will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
✦ No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) and no drug use - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
✦ Do not tamper with any fire alarms, smoke detectors, or security cameras on the property. These devices are in place for everyone’s safety. If any are found to be tampered with or disabled, a minimum $100 call-out fee will be charged to inspect and reset the system.
✦ The maximum occupancy on this property is 6 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person/per night.
✦ Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
✦ Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
✦ No parties allowed in the home. No Exceptions. Violation of this will result in a fine of $500.
