Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.
- The deck and backyard have been winterized for the winter season and are currently unavailable until the spring season.
- Our hot tub is fully operational and open year-round, including during the winter months.
- During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.
✦ Additional Guest Fees ✦ A $15/night fee applies for each guest beyond 4. This helps cover extra supplies, cleaning, and general wear.
All additional fees are subject to GST and Alberta Tourism Levy taxes for 9% total.
• Nearby Construction Notice: Please note that a neighboring home is currently being demolished two doors down. While we’ve done our best to mitigate the impact, there may be some noise during daytime hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Hot Tub Rules: Please follow these important rules:
Hours of Use: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. ONLY. -Use of the hot tub outside these hours is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. -Hot tub use is for registered guests only—no outside visitors permitted. -Shower before use to help reduce oils, lotions, and deodorants in the water. -Limit use to 45 minutes per session to maintain safe water quality. -Only potty-trained children are permitted in the hot tub. -No glassware, food, or drinks in or near the hot tub at any time. -Swimwear only—no regular clothing allowed in the water. -Do not tamper with chlorine dispensers, water chemistry equipment, or pool monitors. -Replace the hot tub cover securely after each use to retain heat and ensure safety.
If glass, food debris, or other contaminants are found in or around the hot tub, a full drain and sanitation fee of up to $700 will be charged against the security deposit.
• Pre-Arrival Requirements (Simple & Secure) To ensure a smooth check-in and protect both guests and our property, we require the following quick steps after booking:
1) Sign our short-term rental agreement This outlines key house rules and policies, and takes just a few clicks to complete digitally.
2) Complete ID verification A one-time, secure process to verify all guests for everyone’s safety and peace of mind.
3) Select your damage protection option
-Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver (covers accidental damage up to $700 CAD),
-OR choose a $700 CAD refundable deposit, pre-authorized 2 days before check-in and automatically released 5 days after checkout (less a 2% processing fee if used).
These requirements are securely processed through our trusted guest portal.
• Security & Access Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the home.

- Please turn off the BBQ, clean the grill, and replace the cover after use. A $50 cleaning fee will apply if the BBQ is left uncleaned.
- Bag all the garbage and make sure to double-tie all bags.
