"Needs to improve the clean service on the common áreas of the hotel"

"I am not usually a complainer.. but I was incredibly confused after seeing all the reviews on cleanliness of the hotel. Carpet had stains, the shower curtain smelled moldy once warm water hit it, there was still soap from an existing bar of soap on one of the indents on the shower, the bathroom fan was dirty. "Rooms and beds are comfortable and Very Clean the ONLY Issue was the Shower ..it was a Handicap shower and the water ran all over the floor could be a VERY Slippery Issue"

"This is definitely a hotel for workers. Not a place for a family to pass through and stay."

"great place"

"I wish there were USB chargers"

"Muy cómoda solo pasamos una noche pero estuvo muy bien "

"Todo estuvo excelente, solo un comentario respecto al desayuno: Aún cuando el desayuno es muy sencillo, debería haber suficiente comida durante el tiempo establecido por el hotel."

"Breakfast ended at 9 am all weekend. As we were there for festivities, we slept past this. They could offer an option for this. Hot tub was nice but does not have jets that work. We travelled with our dog who is reactive to other dogs and there was lots of barking all night long. Not much sleep was had."

"Comfortable"

"We really liked being in this hotel, in was comfy, safe, warm and very closed to the Edmonton mall. It was also clean and the staff was very nice all the time. They have also breakfast that is useful for you to not go out but right there you also have Smitty's restaurant if you want something different or if you want a nice lunch or dinner. We would definitely come back."
