Private Pool at 'Livin' Is Easy' Spacious 5-bedroom & Cargo Lift at Edisto Beach

Welcome to "Livin' Is Easy" at Edisto Beach, SC! Escape to paradise in our stunning 2243 sq ft vacation home, ideally situated directly across the street from beach access. With ocean views and a private heated pool, this two-level haven offers the ultimate in comfort and convenience.

Open the door to a spacious open floor plan: Upon arrival, you can unload your personal items into the cargo lift (not for people) to ease the transition of arrival and departures. You can load the lift with food and luggage, then take the stairs to the second floor. Access to the remote for the lift is located in the lockbox with codes given with checkin information.

Enjoy plenty of room to relax and entertain with a newly renovated primary kitchen and access a second full kitchen downstairs. We have 5 Bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms to accommodate your whole group with 4 king beds and a room with 3 twin beds.

The master bedroom suite boasts access to a screened-in porch, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Modern Amenities: Stay comfortable with A/C, ceiling fans in every room, and 3 sets of private washer and dryers. The 3 televisions are set up with Roku for streaming your favorite movies and sports.

Outdoor Living: Delight in the screened-in porch upstairs with rockers to relax and watch the ocean, and a large open porch downstairs with wall-mounted fans to keep the breezes flowing, a gas grill to serve up the most tasty delicacies, a patio to cook up your own Low Country Boil. Also you can enjoy a family size table and chairs, with large rockers for relaxing after your meal with an outside heated shower to rinse the sand off before jumping into your private pool.

Bed linens and towels are provided, including the pool towels. You need only bring your clothing, food and personal items. Please return all towels to the property. Missing or lost towels will result in a $50 fee/missing towel charged back to your account.

You will stay connected to friends and family with T-Mobile WiFi throughout the home.

Pool Heating Information for the cooler months - October - March:
Additional Charge: To heat the pool, there is an additional $150.00/day heating charge with a minimum of 2 days heating.
Notice Required: Please provide 2 days notice prior to your stay in order to prepare the pool.

We allow one dog weighing less than 50 lbs during your stay. Please be sure to clean up your pet's waste to keep the yard free from surprises for the next guest. Thank you.
