Departamento muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Edimburgo. Positivo: las condiciones nuevas del lugar y los artefactos(lavarropas, lavavajillas, etc) Negativo: los 30 mts de la calle principal a la puerta del departamento se ve q es la parte posterior de restaurants y están los cestos de basuras y cosas tiradas en el piso, da una fea sensación.

Would stay again!!!!

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Would stay again. It is down an alley, but we noticed a lot of apartments were the same. My wife and I are in our 60's and we felt safe. However, it is on the 2nd floor and no elevator so be sure you can walk up two flights of stairs. We didn't have a problem! The location was perfect and we were close to everything. One suggestion: Directions on how to use the Washer/Dryer, Stovetop/Oven, thermostat and towel warmer would be very helpful next time. The appliances were nothing like what we own in the USA.

Great little flat, book directly

This was a lovely little flat that was really nicely located and surprisingly quiet for how central it is. Very bright and relatively clean, although the floors seemed to need some attention. We appreciated the kitchenette with all the amenities you'd need to keep meal costs down. Bed was a bit small (not ideal for taller folks) but comfy. Had difficulty with check-in when we didn't get the check-in form until after we reached out for support, and the VRBO app somehow switched to French?? And wouldn't switch back, but the Altida support was good. I'd recommend booking directly with them to avoid confusion. Overall a great stay.

Convenient location but issues

Good day, we concluded our stay at 6:30am when we left the apartment. firstly, let me say that the apartment is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, attractions and transportation. The room was clean and updated as advertised. That was comforting to us. We however have a few complaints. On our first night as documented by calls and emails we were frustrated by gaining access to our accommodations as promised due to a missing key. This matter left us moving around in the dark, rainy and cold weather of a city we had never been in before. This brought a lot of negative feelings for my wife and I. We did not gain access until about 11pm when one of your team members contacted another guest in the property to give us access. I will pause here to say all of the team members I spoke with were very professional, courteous and tried to resolve the situation while continuously apologising for the inconvenience. Juju indicated that we should get something to eat and you would cover the bill. That was gracious and appreciated however we are requesting at least a refund on 1 night of our stay and the dinner which cost us about £57 at a nearby restaurant. Additionally, I was calling from my mobile phones and uncertain how much my provider will charge me for those calls. To add to our discontent, the tenant/guest above us was constantly heard moving stuff, making loud sounds from late night Wednesday October 25 into the wee hours of October 26 (it went quiet about 2:44am before w

Perfect location

The perfect location a short walk from all the tourist attractions you would want to see. Clean, well equipped property with an easy check in process. Great communication with the property manager. A little noisy due to the location but that obviously can’t be helped. The perfect bolt hole for a weekend away.

Almost as Advertised and you're a Voyeur

While the place is quite nice, and the bed comfy, it's a spartan accommodation (the coffee pods provided don't match the coffee maker, there's no spare sheets/blankets for cold nights -- you have to use the heater). The management DO NOT RESPOND ON VRBO, I reached out twice to extend the booking a day using VRBO to no response, over a month before coming AND 3 weeks before. The photos are a bit blurry, so please don't make the mistake we did. The shower is viewable from a major pedestrian street. Looks like there used to be blinds but were removed some time before. We'd assumed from the incredibly blurry photos, that the shower/bathroom window were also blurred. Management would not provide a sheet to at least let my wife and I note entertain pedestrian traffic or break any public decency laws by covering the window as the bathroom is as it appears in the photos. To Management, I humbly request the windows and shower door be as blurry as your photos.

Apartment was beautiful, well worth the stay. Don't be put off by the alleyway outside, which belongs to surrounding hostelries. There was confusion regarding instructions for guests- please CHECK YOUR JUNK FILE
