"Excellent property for the value and location (next to major route for trams and buses to the center, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and grocery store all nearby). Room was clean and even though we were on the first floor, very quiet. Electric tea pot with tea, coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. "The B&B is about a 8-10 minute walk from the tram station that runs to & from the airport (the stop closest is Balfour St). Our room was in the lowest floor (below street level), and was a good size.
