A delightful, flexible apartment with one dedicated bedroom and 2 living areas, one of which can sleep an additional 3 people. Set in the centre of the New Town in Edinburgh. Just a 10-minute walk from Princes Street with many local restaurants, pubs and parks. No dogs and open gas fires make it unsuitable for young children. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Minimum 5 nights.

This was a wonderful flat. Full kitchen with a Tesco minutes away. There is so much room and comfort to relax and get ready before and after your day. So much better than a hotel room! I would recommend staying here.

This welcoming flat was perfect for maintaining calm during the hectic festival season. It's close enough to walk to many venues, plus many bus and tram options nearby. The front room with sleeping alcove provides an additional "private" room. Tom was a kind and helpful host. I will return!

This lovely, bright and clean two bedroom and one a half bath flat was situated on a beautiful and quiet crescent in the heart of the very trendy Broughton area of Edinburgh. It is only a 10 minute walk from Waverley Rail Station and Princes Street. There are literally LOADS of shops, markets, cafes, pubs, and British and ethnic restaurants within a few minutes walk in any direction. A large Tesco supermarket is only a 5 minute walk down the hill. The flat is gorgeous! Beautiful wooden floors and creative area rugs, full of art show posters and beautiful artwork in every room (even the bathrooms!), two gorgeous fireplaces, beautiful comfortable beds with thick down duvets, fashionable and comfy furniture, a fully stocked kitchen with every appliance you could imagine. The kitchen also was stocked with the basics - tea, coffee, condiments, and even fresh milk for our arrival. When we had occasion to ask the owner for something, Tom responded immediately and delivered the requested items within the hour. You can tell Tom loves literature and the arts as the ethos of the flat is resplendent with the love of beauty and hundreds of books to get lost in. It was like being a guest in someone's home, but with the privacy to do whatever you wanted in one of the most beautiful cities on the planet. Tom is also a bit of a Scottish celebrity in the true crime field, and you should definitely ask him about it! I loved every minute of our 7 night stay in this absolute gem of a flat.

Tom was the perfect host, he greeted us personally and we had everything we needed, plenty of space for 4 people and very quiet but only a few minutes walk to the center, perfect for a nice stay in Edinburgh. We can fully recommend the apartment and will be back.

Tom was very flexible when our arrival was delayed. He was communicative and helpful throughout. Plenty of room for myself and two teens. Shortish walk or fast taxi ride into town. Enjoyed our stay very much, and would love to return.

Bellevue Crescent is a lovely example of the Georgian architecture in Edinburgh's New Town. This spacious, extremely comfortable, and well-equipped apartment provides the perfect home-base for an Edinburgh vacation. It affords easy access to all tourist attractions in Old Town, the new Parliament building and Arthur's Seat, as well as walks along the Water of Leith and visits to the Botanical Garden and Museum of Modern Art.

We really enjoyed our stay in early January. The flat is comfortable, spacious and located in a good area of Edinburgh. Stores, restaurants and pubs are close by and the city centre is just a walk away.

Tom is a wonderful host and included many little extras that made our week-long stay more enjoyable. The neighborhood is very quiet, but close to restaurants and shopping (1-2 blocks away). Easy walking distance to all the Old Town attractions. It is in a gorgeous old stone building, but the flat is updated with all the modern conveniences, including a washer-dryer. Tall ceilings, huge windows: I wanted to stay there! It is two flights up for those less able. I fell in love with Edinburgh, even though I generally avoid cities at all costs. Great stay!

It was easily walking to the attractions and from the train station. The schlep back up the hill with bags might be a bit much. The flat itself is so lovely and spacious feeling. Immaculate kitchen. And the hosts are lovely.

This is where I would live, lovely friendly neighbours, amazing decor and although the Fringe Festival was on it was lovely to stay in such style. Very easy access, gorgeous architecture 10 mins on to Princess Street , The Playhouse but you didn't have walk as far, for several fringe events were just 5 minutes walk, Tescos, pubs, gorgeous bespoke shops & plenty to keep all ages occupied.

La estancia ha ido muy bien. Tom nos recibió y nos explicó muy amablemente todo, además de tenernos preparado lo necesario para el desayuno. El piso muy limpio y ordenado salvo algún electrodoméstico donde había restos de haberlo usado y no limpiado. Muy bien situado, no es necesario transporte para conocer la ciudad. Además en la zona hay todo lo necesario, supermercado y muchos restaurantes. El wifi y los colchones se podrían mejorar. En general hemos estado muy bien y disfrutado mucho de nuestras vacaciones. Gracias.

No puedo pasar de aconsejar este apartamento , realmente cumple con todos los requisitos para poder pasar unos días fantásticos en Edimburgo , también decirles que llevo viajando muchos años en hoteles , apartamentos y alojamientos rurales lo que hace que pueda comparar y opinar. Se encuentra situado más o menos a 15 minutos de todo lo que hay para visitar en Edimburgo , el barrio tanquilo y acogedor , seguro , muy cerca encontramos para alquila el coche y fuimos andando a recogerlo. Como hemos estado una semana , decidimos alquilarlo dos días para visitar el lago Ness. El apartamento es muy calentito , con las dos chimeneas en funcionamiento hace que sea más acogedor , un salón junto a la cocina era utilizado para cenar y desayunar y pasar los ratos de tertulia , el otro para dormir mis hijos de 15 y 14 años perfectamente equipado para dormir y espacio más que suficiente para pasar una semana . La habitación matrimonial perfecta y con una cama comodisima . En la cocina te puedes adaptar perfectamente pues tienes el horno y el frigorífico grande que puedes llenarlo en un Tesco, a 5 minutos del apartamento , que visitamos en varias ocasiones . Para terminar, con mi gran apreciación de este apartamento no olvidar que somos españoles y nuestro dominio del idioma nos paraba pues con Tom y Brea que controla muy bien el español nos hemos sentido muy acogidos y acompañados , teniendo comunicación antes de venir cuando era necesario por correo electronico y perfecto , muy entrañable su acogida .

This was a lovely base for our long weekend in Edinburgh. Located hard by the picturesque Calton Hill and really close to everything the city has to offer with several really nice shops and restaurants just literally a block away--The Ox was great for a relaxed dinner, Smoke Stack for a nice lunch, and popping into Crombies for a venison roast and Narcissus for some flowers was a fun bit of color. The flat was very nicely furnished, clean, and well-equipped--the photos don't really do it justice. Both the bed in the master and the sofa bed in the sitting room got great reviews from all. The plumbing was great too--lots of hot water even with four people showering up in quick succession each morning. Both the owner and the property management company were very pleasant and helpful; everything went smoothly. We will definitely be back!
