  • Located on the edge of Holyrood Park with views of Arthurs Seat this stylish and modern flat is the ideal place to call home while you are visiting Edinburgh.

    Located less than 5 minutes walk from Holyrood Palace, the Royal Mile and Old Town, and only 15- 20 minutes to Princess Street and Waverley train station, this is the ideal location for enjoying the Edinburgh.

    Holyrood Park and Arthurs Seat can be accessed directly from the flat and a large supermarket and major bus routes are only 5 minutes walk away.

    For guests visiting during the Edinburgh Festival, you are only 10-15 minutes’ walk from The Pleasance, Cowgate and the hustle and bustle of the many other festival venues.

    During your stay you can enjoy deluxe accommodation with your friends and family.

    Modern and recently decorated to a high standard, the flat offers everything you need to feel at home while visiting Edinburgh.

    You will enjoy use of the living room where you can relax with a bottle of wine or watch the large TV with Sky/Satellite channels.

    Three double bedrooms are welcoming and bright. The master bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom and luxurious super king sized bed to ensure you have the very best sleep. The additional two bedrooms consist of a double bed and a room with two singles.

    The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, hob, oven, microwave, as well as a washing machine. Iron, iron board and hairdryer are also provided.

    During your stay you will have exclusive use of the entire property with high speed internet access available throughout the property free off street parking.

Our stay here in the city was perfect! The apartment is centrally located and easy to access all the sites. Of all the places we stayed this one had the most comfortable beds of any. Our host Duncan was easy to deal with and even had some nice breakfast options available.

The apartment was lovely. Every thing for our comfort had been thought of it was also very clean. We loved the accommodation but thought that the area although very nice was little far out for the city centre.

We love our stay at Spring Gardens. The flat was clean, roomy and well appointed. The basics like hair dryers, soaps and kitchen items were provided. It is a good location that allows walking to town doable if u want. We highly recommend it!

This property had three nice size bedrooms, a nice living space and a nicely stocked kitchen! Loved having a washer/dryer unit! The location was very handy and only a short distance from Holyrood Park and a short, easy walk to the Royal Mole! I would stay again!

wonderful stay in Edinburgh…clean place as advertised. we are from Canada so the bed size was a surprise: we expected a king in the master but it was smaller than expected. but not anyone’s fault but our own. the home was a ten minute walk to some sights. shorter walk to groceries. we really enjoyed the flat, it was very comfy and warm. we needed parking and it was right at the door. Highly recommend!

wonderful stay

Very clean, very comfortable. We traveled to Scotland with our three grown children. Everyone had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The location was a 15-minute walk from shopping. The apartment was quiet, with a beautiful view. I would stay here again.
