Stunning City Centre Apartment.

  • Este es un apartamento maravillosamente decorado situado en un edificio histórico de piedra escocesa.
    La propiedad está en la ubicación perfecta, justo en el centro de Edimburgo, ofreciéndole una base ideal para explorar esta increíble ciudad.



    Situado en el primer piso dentro de un edificio del siglo XVIII, la propiedad conserva algunas características sorprendentes de la época que le dan una verdadera sensación de historia. Todas las atracciones principales están literalmente a la vuelta de la esquina, como Princes street y el Castillo de Edimburgo, que están a pocos minutos.

    La hora de llegada es a las 2 p.m., sin embargo, el administrador de la propiedad será lo más flexible posible con previo aviso. Hora de salida es las 11am. Las salidas posteriores están sujetas a disponibilidad con acuerdo previo.

    Servicio de entrega de equipaje disponible.

    Se requerirá un depósito de seguridad para fiestas de más de 4, fiestas de un solo sexo y grupos que asistan a eventos especiales i. e partidos de rugby, año nuevo, etc.


    Disposición interior.
    El apartamento ofrece una gran sala de estar con área de barra de desayuno con vista a la cocina abierta, un gran sofá cama de 3 plazas, 1 sillón y 2 taburetes de barra de desayuno.
    Hay una mesa de comedor con 4 asientos junto a la gran ventana delantera.

    Dos habitaciones dobles, cada una con 1 cama doble y amplio espacio de almacenaje.

    El baño incluye bañera y ducha termostática.

    Para fiestas más grandes hay un sofá cama doble con capacidad para 2 personas adicionales.

    Una cocina separada con barra de desayuno de roble macizo que da a la sala de estar. La cocina está totalmente equipada con nevera / congelador, horno y placa de inducción, lavadora, microondas, tostadora y hervidor de agua.

Brilliant!

This was our favourite stay on our trip through the U.K. We felt very welcome, the place actually lived up to the pictures, and the location is perfect.

Wonderful Stay!

The flat was just as described and we were made to feel welcomed from the beginning. Gareth checked in on us during the stay and made sure we had everything we needed. LOVED Edinburgh! Would 100% recommend for anyone wanting a great location and accommodation.

Characterful central apartment

We had a fantastic stay in this property. It's in an excellent location in central Edinburgh within easy walking distance of the tram, Princes Street and Waverley Station. Gareth was really helpful and accommodating making this an easy and comfortable stay for us and our young family in fantastic surroundings. Thank you and we hope to return one day!

Lovely apartment

The apartment is close to many things and is a hidden historic jewel. The unit was clean, comfy, decorated nicely and makes you feel at home and not like a tourist. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Many thanks to Gareth as well!

Lovely Old Town Apartment

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights recently. The apartment is in a perfect location and was very clean and nicely decorated. Gareth made us feel so welcome and we loved the Scottish treats.

Very easy to find in a fantastic location. Appartment was finished to an excellent standard. We all felt very comfortable for the short time we stayed would loved to stay longer. Hope to return would definitely use again. 5 stars

Charming and roomy flat

We so enjoyed our stay on Rose Street. Gareth has thought of everything! We especially appreciated the comfortable beds. The apartment was clean and charming and couldn’t be located in a better location in Edinburgh.

A few days in Edinburgh

Wonderful location for wandering, catching tours or a train out of town. Garth is very timely with his communication and helped us through some unexpected issues with weather and travel.

You won’t regret it

This apartment is perfect for a family! Stayed here with my wife and two kids (Ages 2 & 8mo), and it was perfect. Has a washing machine for clothes, two comfortable bedrooms, a full kitchen and living room. There are stairs up to it, but it’s easy enough to carry a stroller up there. We would definitely stay again.

Rose street was a great location. Restaurants and bars close as well as grocery. Beds were comfortable and kictchen was well stocked. Even had a couple of electrical converters for USA folks

Very clean, great location, great layout

This is a very nice property! Plenty of food and retail shops within a few steps, and close to the primary Edinburgh attractions. It was also very clean, with modern plumbing and very comfortable beds. Add a great check-in experience and prompt owner communication. One of my favorite short-term rentals. We’ll return if we come back to Edinburgh!

The best locatiion

Rose Street Newtown is THE place to stay in Edinburgh. Close to all of the main attractions, great restaurants and nightlife. The apartment it well appointed, comfortable and quiet. Can’t crecommend it too highly,

Edinburgh in March

My family had a wonderful stay. The owners made checking easy ( I was delayed twice on route from Newcastle). The apartment had all the amenities one would need and having a clothes washers was a big bonus. Everywhere we visited in the city was easily accessible from this property. On my next visit to Edinburgh I would not hesitate to book this for my stay.

Perfect location and visit

First time in Edinburgh but not the last! I would stay here every time! The location couldn’t be more perfect, within walking distance to everything. We never once to a cab. Love the welcome gifts of coffee and tea and short bread. So kind and thoughtful!
