The property is located as advertised but I am sorry to say the customer service is awful. No way to enter w/o an app that often fails so locked outside. Many tripping hazards inside thresholds and bed frame that stuck out. Multiple stairs inside. The master opens onto a public dust bin open to the elements. NO HOT WATER SO FREEZING SHOWERS. We were then required to spend hours of our vacation trying to get info to get hot water and then we had to do the work on their equipment. When hot water finally restored it was scalding. We have been to Europe many times and this was the most expensive and miserable location ever. Do not rent this place it is NOT AS ADVERTISED!!!!!!

Perfect location!

First time visiting Scotland and this place was perfect! Easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. Beautiful view of St. Giles and quiet bedroom in the back. Internet was not consistent which was slightly stressful planning and securing arrangements but other than that delightful!

Great location!

Loved where we were. The stairs were a bit of a challenge but after visiting Edinburgh, we had stairs, hills everywhere. I felt safe and being right on the Royal Mile was nice.

The place was in the heart of Old Town. Easy access. The only downside was that there were the previous tenants belongings still there, which we had to throw out. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Tremendous View High and Wide windows Over St Giles

Cant beat the view which we enjoyed over coffee and breakfast and a glass of wine later. Can be a tad noisy at times but so fun to watch the crowds below. Lovely apartment, nice furnishings. No spices or kitchen itms like that but good cookware. We bought a French press and left it there as no coffee maker, just a hot water maker for tea or instant. Nice building. Incredible (repeat) incredible location on Royal Mile. Nice to have breakfast in. Mot inexpensive but a really nice view.

We both love this place! The location was convenient right on the Royal Mile. The checkin was easy. The property manager was quick to respond to any issues. We would definitely come back and stay at this place again in the future!

Great location, clean, once we got programable thermostat settings it was comfortable.all set

This is a great location right on the royal mile with easy entry/check in via coded gate and lockbox to unit key. Very clean. Only two issues: We found the digital programable thermostat had many settings and we woke up first morning very cold. Once we set all the settings to the same, heat worked fine. We messaged the owner/manager and never did here back during our stay. There is no pizza pan for that meal.
