A very cosy one bedroom flat in the centre of Edinburgh - a rare find!
Enjoying a highly enviable position in the heart of Edinburgh city centre, this one bedroom second floor flat on Rose street forms part of a B-Listed Georgian tenement building built in 1780.

This stylish apartment sleeps two and is the perfect accommodation for a discerning solo traveller or a couple looking to explore Edinburgh. Perfectly situated in the heart of the city, only a stone’s throw away from landmarks such as Edinburgh Castle and New Town’s finest retail, bars and restaurants, this apartment combines elegant furnishings with modern amenities and convenient solutions.

This cosy apartment has been beautifully and thoughtfully furnished, offering everything you need to feel comfortable during your stay in Edinburgh. It comprises a double bedroom, living area, dining area, stylish bathroom, and kitchen. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen

The living room boasts a comfortable sofa bed, coffee table, chairs and a flat-screen Smart TV. There is also a cosy dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a sink, dishwasher, induction hobs, microwave oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, and a French press. All essential utensils and cookware are provided, as well as tea and artisan coffee.

Bedroom and Bathroom

The bedroom comprises a comfortable king size bed and premium linens. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower shampoo, body wash and hand wash, as well as towels and a hairdryer.

A vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are located in the kitchen cupboard.

Guest access

Guests will have full unrestricted access to the property including free Wi-Fi.
The apartment is located on the second floor of the building. There is no lift.

Què li ha agradat: Neteja
Anna was prompt, kind and very accommodating. We really liked the area as it was convenient to everything that we wanted to do. The only downside, if there is one, were people in the alleyway under our windows partying very late at night a few nights. We did ask them to leave the area which only temporarily helped. But other than that, it was a great stay! Highly recommend it!
