Un apartamento recién aparte encantadora 2 ª planta espaciosa con 5 dormitorios y 4 baños (2 ensuites) adecuado para ser dejado por familias o grupos de amigos. La atracción clave para el apartamento es su gran cocina comunitaria salón donde todos pueden sentirse como en casa.

El apartamento está en el corazón de la ciudad, a pocos minutos de las principales atracciones como la Royal Mile, el Castillo de Edimburgo y la Galería Nacional. Frederick Street en sí ofrece algunos restaurantes y bares encantadores, y en los enlaces a Thistle Street, una pequeña calle escondida llena de restaurantes peculiares, bares y tiendas. This is an incredible location. Right in the heart of incredible shopping and historical sites, plus easy access to transportationThe rooms are enormous with high ceilings and a glorious great room with amazing kitchen and both washer and dryer. Note to north american travlers: there is an on / off wall switch that controls the power to the refrigerator. And the dryer occasionally needs the water resevoir emptied. Yes, as others have mentioned, this location is accessible only via two flights of dimly lit stairs. This is literally the only detraction. Would definately return!

Family trip to Scotland

The apartment was located in a very central location which was fantastic! We were able to walk to the majority of our sightseeing adventures. Unfortunately the water/pipes in the kitchen were loudly squeaking, disturbing the family throughout our 5-day stay. It also may be time to refresh some of the bedding; pillows, comforters, & sheets.

Fantastic holiday

The flat worked out very well for friend group of 4 couples. Excellent location. Kitchen faucet needed some work. The beds were a bit hard. As most reviews reported, the entryway to the building still needs some lighting and work, but overall it was very good for our group.

great location

The location was perfect, close to town center and near bus lines. The stairwell is a 'work-in-progress' and manageable but should at least have had a light -- one of our crew fell on the way down. The noise from the piano bar is a distinct disadvantage and caused me to spend some nights on the living room couch.

Wonderful stay at a great location

My group of five people heartily enjoyed our stay in this unit. It has a perfect location for exploring Edinburgh. There are so many choices for dinner and pubs, some right next door. We were there during the height of the fringe festival and all the other arts festivals and the Military Tattoo. So the city was quite active. The unit is very modern and clean and we had no complaints. Very nice place.

Fabulous Edinburgh Apartment

My family of 8 adults (3 couples, 2 singles) had a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated and comfortable 2nd floor apartment in Edinburgh. The entrance and stairwell are definitely not representative of this well-appointed apartment. It was like the black and white scene in the 'Wizard of Oz' where Dorothy walks out of the farmhouse into Oz and everything is unexpectedly bright and beautiful. The rooms are spacious, the beds were comfortable and having 5 bathrooms made the mornings so efficient. Be sure to bring along some Nespresso pods as we all felt spoiled having a morning espressos. This place is in the center of Edinburgh with easy access to restaurants, pubs, beautiful shops, grocery stores and within walking distance to Edinburgh Castle. Our only regret is that we wished we would have booked a longer stay!

Dejlig stor lejlighed med mange badeværelser. Pænt og rent og perfekt til en familieferie. Bliv ikke forskrækket over trappeopgangen, som er forfærdelig og beskidt. Gåafstand til alle attraktioner og masser af spisesteder i området. Vi var seks voksne og tre børn og havde en fantastisk ferie.

Lovely flat in the new town. Quite a few stairs to get up to the flat and front bedrooms were also quite noisy however earplugs were provided. So many bars and resturants in the area!

Fabulous location!!

We loved our stay in the apartment. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything in Edinburgh, restaurants just downstairs, walk to the castle, easy transportation from the airport. The apartment is lovely on the inside with very spacious rooms. The pictures don't convey just how large the rooms are. The baths are all nicely renovated. We were traveling with extended family and everyone had plenty of space to spread out.

Perfect Location!

We loved our stay! My family of 7 adults arrived after staying in hotels in England and Wales and it was the perfect change to spend time together in the open spaces. The apartment is HUGE. Edinburgh can be a bit crowded and the location of the apartment is the perfect mix of nice restaurants and shopping without being too crowded. Beware, there is no designated parking at the apartment so make your plans ahead of arriving. We parked in a long stay car park about .5 miles away which worked out fine. We cant wait to return.

It is the perfect location with all the amenities! We celebrated our sons graduation from The University of Edinburgh and the flat was perfect place for our family and friends to gather! Delightful large modern apartment

The Apartment was located in a brilliant position, close to restaurants, shops, cafes. Buses a walk away to see the sights. Stockbridge and the botanical gardens, literally down the road!! We were able to walk to the station, The apartment was so comfortable. Lovely big rooms, the kitchen/living room was delightful, with double aspect windows! A huge farmhouse type table where eight of us were able to sit very comfortably. A very well stocked kitchen. The cooker was amazing, One of the ovens had shelves just wide enough to warm any takeaways you might choose! Bathrooms were a god size and really tastefully done! The bedrooms again were of a good size. With ample storage space consisting of wardrobes and large chests of drawers. The beds were very comfortable! So all in all a very good weekend was had by all ,

Great location

I rented this apartment with a group of friends to attend the Edinburgh yarn festival. We completely enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for getting to all the sights, pubs, shopping and restaurants. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Beautiful flat in central location

The flat was the perfect place for our family group of 5 couples - Very spacious with 5 double bedrooms. It has been recently refurbished to an extremely high standard and was very warm and cosy on a cold November weekend. The location is perfect with all Edinburgh has to offer on your doorstep and with great views to the North and the Firth of Forth. Thank you.
