Esta hermosa casa georgiana superior es una base perfecta para explorar Edimburgo. Tiene todas las comodidades para ser su hogar lejos del hogar.

Nuestro Townhouse se encuentra en el corazón de la Ciudad Nueva de Edimburgo. Todo está a poca distancia a pie y tenemos excelentes enlaces de tránsito a dos minutos a pie de Princes Street (donde casi todos los autobuses de la ciudad paran).

Tenga en cuenta que la propiedad está subiendo dos tramos de escaleras, por lo que no es accesible para sillas de ruedas.

Let us know on arrival that oven didn't work and would be replaced. Due to inability of workers related to oven, was not replaced until after we left. They did provide us with a toaster oven.

Gorgeous Townhouse Near Royal Mile

We loved the beautiful home. It was decorated with lovely antiques. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and we were happy to use it. Agnes met us and allowed us to check in a few hours early because our flight was before the normal check in time. She gave us advice that was very helpful. We were surprised at the perfect location a short walk from the royal mile, near restaurant options. We didn't need a car for the first two days, but rented one for the third day when we drove out of town. Parking overnight was easier than we thought. There were several parking places in front of the house on the street. After 8:30 a.m. parking is very expensive so we left at that time. There was only one problem with the listing. It said that there were five king beds with ensuite bathrooms. In fact, there are three king beds, one queen bed, and two double beds. All the rooms are beautiful with ensuite bathrooms which we loved! We all were delighted with the house and with our experience in Edinburgh.

Perfect stay in Edinburgh!

This apartment was the perfect base for our 5-day stay in Edinburgh. We were four couples and two children and everyone had their own space. Location is central in New Town with shops, restaurants, attractions and public transportation in walking distance, but just far enough off the beaten path for limited traffic. Although we were prepared with the beautiful pictures in the listing, we were wowed upon arrival! The amenities made for a comfortable and easy stay, even when the rain kept us indoors. Communication was prompt and professional, and the tour and instructions at check-in were clear and helpful. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Stairs, stairs, stairs

Great property, but we didn’t anticipate as many stairs with all of our luggage and golf clubs. Whew! The property was clean and has great staples for cooking (the pantry is in the entry hallway-discovered it on the last day.) The beds were comfortable with the exception of the bed at the top floor which is supported with books. It was great to have bathrooms for every bedroom. The owners left us a beautiful fruit basket and a nice bottle of red wine! This house really worked for our family stay.

Absolutely fantastic!

Just as beautiful and comfortable as it looks. We were a family group of 13 people ranging in age from 7 to 75 and everyone loved it. Perfect for a family reunion. On arrival we were greeted with a wonderful fruit basket and snacks. Communicate with the host was clear and easy. Plenty of restaurants close by. We would definitely do this again. One note - there are a lot of stairs to reach this home.

Lovely home in an ideal location

While on vacation, we enjoy staying in houses in order to enjoy more family time. This certainly filled the bill and did not disappoint. The house truly feels like a home. Beautifully and uniquely decorated. Comfy beddings. Communications with the owner were excellent and timely. Location ideal for visiting The Royal Mile, very close to restaurants and shops. All in all, a fabulous place to stay, if I could score higher than a 5, I would.

Amazing Second Stay in Edinburgh

This is our second time staying at this property and this time we had more people with us. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and everything is so comfortable and perfect. Girlfriends Getaway

Seven girlfriends from Canada set out on a Scottish holiday. We had a few days in Skye and arrived at this property late afternoon and were stunned at the location first and foremost. Once inside, it was even better than we expected. Every room decorated and furnished so nicely. We all agreed we had the most comfortable sleeps! Seven bathrooms was also a luxury when staying with a large group. We would love to return and couldn’t imagine staying in a different apartment. Thank you!

Wonderful Townhouse!

This townhouse is absolutely beautiful and incredibly well equipped! It is also located in a prime location, in walking diatance of Edinburgh's many sites and attractions. There were 12 adults staying, and the house had plenty of room and six beautiful bedrooms! Highly recommend!

Perfect property with wonderful amenities!

This was a wonderful property for our home base in Edinburgh for our daughter's wedding. It provided all of the comforts of home and allowed us a relaxing place to prepare for the big day. The home is spotlessly clean, well maintained and absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed everything about the stay.

Great stay

Very pleased with the house, position and welcome. Prompt fix of WiFi after we arrived. No other problems with facilities. As far as I remember there was no mention of the flights of stairs to the house online. This was the only problem especially with our luggage up and down. Thai restaurant below can be recommended.

Perfect base for our family

We had a family group of 9 and this was the perfect place. Agnes was very accommodating when the first to arrive had a flight delay. The property was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was wonderful with a short walk to Rose and Princes Streets with the airport/Newhaven tram just on Princes St. There are 5 flights of stairs to get up to the flat, then 2 flights within. I needed to contact Agnes with a couple of questions and she was very quick to respond. We were there to bring my moms ashes back to Edinburgh per her wishes and it worked out perfectly. I would definitely recommend this property for a group.

Exceptional in Every Way

What a fantastic place to stay! This house is stunning - right in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town. It was perfect for our extended family of nine. Beautifully appointed with high end finishes and wonderful touches. Plenty of room for everyone and a spacious family living space for gathering (aka cocktail hour). We loved the Nespresso coffee maker and coffee. The host truly made our stay exceptional with easy check-in and check-out instructions and outstanding communication before and during our stay. The property is within walking distance of everything you will want to do and see in the city. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Home away from home

Everything was great. Communication with the owners was easy. They provided a lot of suggestions regarding the surrounding area. Checking in was easy. The house was spotless and exactly as portrayed in the photos. If you have a decent sized group (we were a family of 9) and want to be close to everything in Edinburgh, look no further. This is the place.

Amazing Stay!

Agnes’ property is perfectly located in New Town and all six of the people in our party had a fantastic stay. The living room was cozy and inviting, the beds were all comfortable and it was so nice that each of us had our own bathroom. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again in the future!

Fabulous townhome in New Town

To say that this property is fabulous may be an understatement …. It is off the charts! So spacious, wonderful amenities, top notch location, lovely host, it really checked all of the boxes. We absolutely fell in love with Edinburgh and can’t wait to come back and stay in this property again.
