    Bright, sunny not overloked, centraly heated , quite with skylights.

Quiet part of the city, shops and bars within walking distance..Fluent communication from landlord with easy check in and check out process. Everything you need from the accommodation as you’ll be exploring the majority of the time.

The location was great. It was on the third floor with no lift. We had a lot of luggage. Mazin was very attentive to our needs and questions. The wifi was not working but Mazin offered to buy an eSIM. The beds comforter was too small for two people. Kitchen was fine. We never found the swimming pool or the BBQ. Didn’t take the time to ask the host. Walking distance to downtown, grocery and restaurants was excellent. We would recommend this place to our friends.

Mazin was very helpful, the flat is in an excellent location and has everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed staying there, if we ever come back to Edinburgh, Mazin will be our first choice. Highly recommended!

Spring stay

Staying a second time around definitely was a great decision. My stay at this lovely little flat was ideal for a getaway while doing some site seeing and having quiet time to catch up on work. I highly recommend.

Great location

Great area for us. Near a few convenient bus stops. Had some great walks including the hike to Arthur’s Seat. Not mentioned is that there is a slight Edinburgh Castle view from the kitchen and small bedroom. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Nice stay

Perfectly situated to explore Edinburgh, even on foot. House and flat are quite old, which is part of the charm. Everything was in working order, it was wonderfully quiet at night. The host was really good, any questions were answered immediately. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The flat is spacious and clean, has wifi and is in an excellent location. I had to raise a few relatively minor issues with the property manager but communications were good as they were with the booking process and pre-entry

We booked this flat in September for two nights over the Edinburgh Marathon weekend through Expedia, and the reservation was fully confirmed. Then in the last week of Feb, the host contacted us saying there was suddenly a three-night minimum stay policy and that we had to pay for an extra night or we had to cancel. By that point, marathon weekend accommodations across Edinburgh were either sold out or massively more expensive, so we were effectively handcuffed into accepting the extra night because we had no realistic alternative. There was no flexibiltiy and complete lack in understanding with the position we were put in. We had already arranged all our travel plans and therefore paid for a night we didn’t use. Changing booking requirements six months after confirming a reservation during one of the busiest weekends of the year was very unfair. I would strongly caution future guests to confirm every detail directly with the host before booking.

My partner and I booked the apartment for 3 nights - on the first night my partner arrived ahead of me due to my illness. The host then asked my partner to leave the premises- despite the fact we had already paid - and told us we needed to find new accommodation (suspecting we were a scam). I have a chronic illness which I tried to explain to the host, but this was ignored and I was repeatedly messaged. The stress of the interaction caused a flare in my health and a lot of upheaval to my partner. Vrbo agreed that we had done nothing wrong and refunded us the full cost of the stay. They also apologised in the host’s behalf. The appartment is In a great location and my partner said seemed excellent value for money, however our experience in this instance was far from positive.

Un appartement à 15min du centre avec un trajet agréable au travers des Meadows. Literie de qualité très confortable et équipements utiles. Un masque pour les yeux est toutefois pertinent pour la grande chambre pour dormir longtemps.

Great Location, needs a refresh!

We recently took a short family trip to Edinburgh. The location of the apartment was excellent — close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The place was clean, and communication with the host was good throughout our stay.However, the apartment is in need of a major renovation and felt too small for even three adults. The kitchen equipment could use an upgrade, no coffee maker, etc…and the mattress in the main bedroom urgently needs replacing for a more comfortable stay.Overall, great location and host communication, but the property itself would benefit from significant updates.

Great location but will not come back to this flat

Parking was an issue, bed was not very comfortable. Pillow was horrible. We booked it for 3 people and was only given 2 sets of towels. Could be a very cute place but was in desperate need of some TLC, especially the furniture
