The owner’s artistic eye is woven throughout the home, with a collection of personal artwork and photography creating a space that feels authentic, inspiring and truly one of a kind.

The Edinburgh Address Ltd manages bookings on behalf of the Property Owner. The property owner provides the accommodation.

-Booking Requirements-
One member of the booking party must be over 30 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.
We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.

This property is protected by Truvi (formerly SuperHog). After booking, you’ll be asked to complete a quick verification using a valid ID and selfie. A £650 damage deposit will also be pre-authorised on your credit card and automatically released within 14 days of departure. A 2% processing fee applies (amount may vary outside the UK depending on exchange rates). Truvi verification must be completed at least two weeks before check-in.

This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties.
Families with young children need to enquire before booking. All guests are met on arrival in person. Please contact us if you have extenuating circumstances which make this unsuitable.

The spacious kitchen is a true highlight, featuring a large range cooker, everything needed for preparing memorable meals, and a carefully curated collection of cookbooks to inspire culinary adventures. In the dining room, the custom-designed oak-topped dining table provides the perfect setting for relaxed breakfasts, celebratory dinners and long evenings sharing stories over good food and conversation.

The apartment offers three beautifully presented bedrooms, including a luxurious king-size bedroom with its own ensuite shower room, a comfortable twin bedroom and a cosy single bedroom, making it an ideal choice for families, friends or small groups looking to experience Edinburgh in style.

Tucked away on a quiet cobbled Georgian street, this apartment enjoys a prime location near some of Edinburgh’s cultural highlights, including the Scottish National Portrait Gallery, Playhouse Theatre, Omni Vue cinema, and Nuffield gym and pool. Just a short walk brings you to Princes Street in one direction, or the peaceful Royal Botanic Garden in the other. For a taste of local life, explore nearby Broughton Street with its village-like charm, brimming with cafés, eateries, and independent shops. Don’t miss the acclaimed Ingleby Gallery, beautifully housed in a former chapel just off Barony Street.
