"The staff was very nice, for the most part. I was disappointed in the room, but I blame that on Expedia and their false advertising. The room pictured was NOT at all what I was given. The breakfast offered was quite nice, regarding the variety of items; however, the "hot" dishes were barely warm, and the pastries were inedible due to being stale."

"Please don’t eat at the restaurant within the hotel… my son and I got sick that lasted for almost 24 hours… steak not fresh, margarita was watery and cheap liquor… not that cheap either… travel outside the hotel for food!"

"While the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, the unit and the surroundings are showing their age. It was perfect for our one-night stay, and served our purposes perfectly. The courtyard was very serene for sitting with coffee or an evening cocktail...or just reading a favorite book. (We were allowed to store our transportation in a safe location, which we deeply appreciated.)"

"We are doing Rte 66, so a retro motel sounded like fun. This place went above fun and brought it up to relaxing and comfortable. Nice courtyard with fountain, seating, outdoor dining and a seasonal pool. The thought and planning than went into the renovation shows as bright as the neon light of its namesake. Very affordable for what we got. It is located on a busy corner but it does quiet down by bedtime. We live in the country and don’t like city noise, but this didn’t bother us. This will be...

"The staff were very helpful when we decided to change hotels but I was shocked that the room rate jumped more than $50 a night. Then we were charged $7 a day to park in THEIR lot. When booked I saw no mention of this additional fee. When I contacted customer service they did graciously reverse the charge. The facility itself was very nice. My only complaint was financial."

"Excellent location - within walking distance to Old Town. The room(s) were huge and very nice. Staff was great! My only suggestion is to have better coffee in the morning. What was available was very weak."

"Staff was amazing. Valet was efficient. Everything we needed was available at gift shops. 2 great coffee shops ,wish they were open later. Location was great not far from airport and could navigate to great restaurants in area. Sawmill market great to visit free shuttle offered during time frame. Could be available a little more for that location."

"What stood out was the rooms are very clean. Breakfast was fabulous hotel. Staff was very, very kind. The only downfall hat was that the pool smell a lot like bleach so the kids didn’t swim much and that’s why we book for the pool."
