"Stayed for 5 days with husband, daughter, and parents. Rooms were clean, wonderful shower pressure, restaurant options were good, observation deck was nice, Disney bus convenient. Only small nit was bed and pillow firmness - after long days of walking I can sleep almost anywhere, however did find their bed and pillows to be firmer than we preferred."

"This is another the website picture look better than the actual hotel. The room is small and old, just like a motel type. This location you don't want to be out in the evening by yourself. Also too far away from the airport. Over priced too!"

"The hotel was beautiful and centrally located in Tokyo. The hotel was immaculate. The staff was super helpful and polite. No request was too small. The amenities ie lotion, creams etc was a bit underwhelming and I was surprised to not receive even a simple welcome gift package. There is a water dispenser on each floor, ac works easily, beds were firm, views were wonderful and the breakfast buffet was great."
