"Everything was great. The room was impeccably clean, but we were missing face cloths, the lights above the beds didn't work (needed new lightbulbs maybe?), and the TV remote was missing. It was late at night when we discovered these things so no one was there to call and it certainly wasn't an emergency. "A newly restored older building overlooking the streets just high enough to dull the sounds of the streets. Great location for walking to everything you’d want to see in Salem. An app for keys, plenty of towels, and friendly staff. The junior king room was perfect for our weekend getaway with a massage parlor situated just beneath the hotel, it was perfect to help us relax. Great stay and very clean!"
