"The apartment was prepared for my stay, but a towel was missing, but that was quickly fixed. Unfortunately, I was woken by a fire drill, but the staff weren't informed about it, so I'm treating it as an accident beyond their control. The only significant inconvenience is the heating system. The apartment is high and large, heated by two incredibly loud fans. During the initial stay, before the apartment warmed up, it was incredibly noisy and difficult to sleep. "Great place to base your NYC adventures. Directly across the street from Trinity Church and very close to the subway, this hotel is spotlessly clean and has extremely friendly and helpful staff. We loved the corner room with two queens with a lovely view of the church at night. Everything you might need with easy access to getting around, and just a quick walk to Battery Park, too. Highly recommend and we will return. "

"Second time staying here and it was just as amazing as the first time.. The rooms are small, but so inviting. I love that you can pop the windows slightly open. The only thing I wish they provided was a small fridge in the room. Breakfast was super cute and the pastries were delicious. The girls making coffee were so nice and friendly! Water pressure was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. Everyone at the front desk were nice and helpful. Can’t wait to come back! "
