Pool home 1.5 blocks from the river & 10 mins to the beach.

You are sure to enjoy your stay at this quaint home in a quiet neighborhood. From the private, heated, pool to the (provided) kayaks and bicycle built for two you are sure to make great memories. If you are a boater, bring your boat along and park it in the large, private, secured, back yard. When your ready to hit the water the boat ramp is just .5 miles north of the property. Take a walk just 1.5 blocks east to the beautiful inter-coastal waterway (river). There you can enjoy the sunrise & stroll, or bike, on the bike path. Follow the bike path just 3 blocks north where you will find a picnic area, kayak launch & a spot where you can take a dip in the river to cool off. Head back to the home where you can relax by the pool, enjoy the fire pit or cook up some dinner on the gas grill. If your wanting a beach day take a 10-15 minute drive north to beautiful New Smyrna Beach!! New Smyrna Beach has great shopping and restaurants on Flagler Ave as well as Canal St. If theme parks are on your list of things to do the home is approx 1.5 hours from all major attractions. This home is a great place for any stay!!

Everything was as described. The extra area for parking in the rear, the garage, the use of kayaks and bikes is something you don’t get with most houses. But then also a heated pool especially in march doesn’t get much better. Will definitely look to rebook our next trip down.

Pillows are flat mattresses are 50/50 a train or three runs by at night.It was very clean the pool and backyard were very enjoyable. The location was convenient. The house was so thoughfully stocked it was amazingAbsolutely would stay here again and would recommend. Stayed with 5 women.

My family had a great time at this stay. It was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. I was particularly delighted by the pool floaties available - perfect for a serene float as the sun went down. We would have been happy to stay longer if our schedule had allowed.

Great setup for a family vacation

I normally don’t write reviews but I wanted to say the property had things not listed but super helpful: tons of towels, kid board and card games, extra soaps, shampoos, blankets sheets and supplies like that. Some people must have left extra sunscreen, bug spray, cooking spices, and random helpful supplies. Tons of beach equipment and a cart with wheels to help carry. The pool is heated with no additional daily charges (which now seems to be normal on these sites).Sofas were super comfortable and the house had its own little charm. Was even able to park a boat in the back yard for easy in and out.Place feels like a real vacation rental and not just a “hotel house”. Riding the double bike to the water was a relationship goal for years. Glad we could do so much here. Didn’t get to use the kayaks but it’s like 2 blocks to the launch site which would probably be a lot of fun as well

Awsome House!

Great quiet little home in a very convenient location. The house was very well stocked with pots, pans, coffee, towels and sunblock! The pool is very clean and a really nice fenced in back yard. We will make this a regular for us with out a doubt.

Perfect affordable beach house for our vacay!!

This house was perfect for our family, especially for the cost! Only about a 10 min drive to NSB and the little kayaking/fishing area right by the house is so great!! We felt so welcome and had zero issues with the owner or the home! Beds comfy, etc! We have a big family and could have used a bigger pot for pasta and a larger skillet for bacon/meat. But there are more than enough extras at this house to make up for that!! - towels, beach towels, spices, kcups, laundry and kitchen supplies, pool and beach toys. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Thank you so much!

What a great stay!

We loved our stay at this great home. The home is so clean and comfortable that we stayed an additional night. The drive to the beach is quick and easy. We saw dolphins and manatees in the river. The bikes and pool were great additional amenities. We didn’t get a chance to use the kayaks. The host was responsive and very thoughtful in her welcome and provided items. We’d love to stay in this beautiful home again.

A great home away from home!

We were in town for my sister's wedding which took place at the Mulberry. I am so happy we found this gem of a home for many reasons! The house was conveniently located nearby. The wedding venue was only a short drive away. Another thing I loved about the location was its proximity to the river. We walked a couple of blocks down to the river several times and loved watching the dolphins swim by! The home itself was delightful! It really was a home away from home. The home was very clean and it was stocked with everything we could need from pool towels to toys for my nephews to laundry detergent and everything in between. And there was even a great book collection! The house was perfect. We loved sitting in the sunroom drinking coffee in the morning and really enjoyed the outdoor space! My nephews loved playing in the pool and my husband and I enjoyed a quiet night around the firepit. I would absolutley stay here again! And I highly recommend checking this space out. I can really tell that Joliene cares about this home and really wants guests to have a great experience. She was very responsive and thoughtful. Which makes a huge difference in a vacation rental experience. Check this place out! You will love it :)

Peaceful

My family and i stayed at this property for 3 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed this home and especially the pool. The backyard is such a nice area to relax and refresh. The home had everything we needed during our stay. We did have a small problem of opening the gate to the pool, i reached out to Jolene and she answered quickly with information on opening the gate. It just needed a little "manhandling" :). I will definitely stay in this property again if i make my way back to edgewater in the future. It is in a perfect location between daytona and cocoa beach. Thank you!

Great Property

Although there is limited parking within the lot we were able to carpool and get to celebrate my recent wedding. We had a blast in the pool and loved all the bikes and kayaks that were available. Tons of places to sleep guests and amenities! will book again.

Amazing vacation spot!

To quote my 5 year old, "I love this pool!!!" Joliene's place was awesome for my family of three. It was incredibly clean, and had thoughtful touches like labels on each light switch for what they control (😍) and super useful amenities like a beach wagon (my back is very thankful). Joliene was great about communicating everything we needed to know about our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing and was convenient to everywhere we needed to go. We would love to stay here again!

Exceeded expectations

The communication before we arrived was already very quick, clear, and friendly. The house itself was super cute & homey. The hospitality was amazing throughout the house as well. There was plenty of toys and activities for kids and adults to use inside & outside. The place was clean and had so many convenient household items throughout the house to use. I was really Impressed with some of the thoughtfulness! We hosted a baby shower during our stay which was so easy and simple as there was plenty of seating, space, and fun for a family get together. The pool was clean and so amazing to have. The rooms were comfy. The bathrooms were clean, and the shower was clean, powerful, & convenient with accessibility Additions. The one downside is we could never figure out the remote situation to the living room TV, but barely used it anyway during our stay. Overall, enjoyed the home & the host, thank you for having us!!

You couldn't want for more!

Joliene has thought of EVERYTHING to make this an optimal stay! It was the most homey, lovely, authentic place for our family of six adults to enjoy our downtime from a fast paced vacation. I wanted to live there permanently! And the pool was not cold and super inviting anytime of the day. You don't have to look any further than this wonderful place.
