The Space:

Welcome to your perfect retreat! As you step through the yellow golden door into this beautifully spacious home, you'll be greeted by a bright, open-concept living room and kitchen, designed with large gatherings in mind. The kitchen features sleek granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, offering plenty of space for meal prep and entertaining. The open layout seamlessly connects the kitchen to the living area, making it easy to socialize with guests while cooking or relaxing in the spacious, naturally lit living room, which boasts stylish LVL flooring throughout.



Upstairs, you'll find three generously sized bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a convenient laundry room. The master suite is a true retreat, complete with an oversized shower with elegant tile walls, a double vanity, and a separate toilet room for added privacy. The second full bath also offers double sinks with a separate tub and toilet area, perfect for families.



For added convenience, the home is equipped with a dedicated laundry room featuring washer/dryer hookups and a tankless on-demand propane water heater, ensuring endless hot water.

Guests will have access to the home by keypad entry. The code changes with every guest.

Annapolis Transit:

Route 70: This route connects Edgewater to Annapolis. It's a good option for getting between the Edgewater area and downtown Annapolis, including popular destinations like City Dock and State Circle. The nearest stop to 704 Londontown Road is a bit of a walk, but it’s easily accessible by car.

Route 91: The Route 91 bus connects Eastport and Annapolis, traveling through downtown. While it doesn't directly service Londontown Road, you can connect to other buses that do.

Purple Shuttle:

The Purple Shuttle is a free shuttle service within downtown Annapolis, connecting key destinations like City Dock, parking garages, and restaurants. Although it does not reach Edgewater directly, it’s a convenient option for getting around downtown after you travel into the city. You can catch the shuttle at West Street or other downtown stops.

MTA Commuter Buses:

Route 920: This MTA commuter bus travels between Annapolis and Washington, D.C., departing from the Annapolis Park & Ride (located at 1950 West Street). It’s a great option for getting to D.C. in around 45 minutes.

Route 301: This commuter bus connects Annapolis with Baltimore, stopping at the Park & Ride near West Street.

Ride-Sharing (Uber/Lyft):

Both Uber and Lyft are available throughout Edgewater and Annapolis. They are a great option if you prefer a more direct route to nearby locations or if you want to head into downtown Annapolis or other destinations. Simply book a ride via the app for quick and easy transportation.

Nearby Metro & Rail:

New Carrollton Metro Station: About 30 minutes by car, this station provides access to the Orange, Green, and Yellow Lines of the Metrorail and Amtrak services, offering a direct route into Washington, D.C. and Baltimore.

BWI Airport: Located about 30-35 minutes from 704 Londontown Road, BWI Airport offers Amtrak and MARC commuter rail services to Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, making it easy to travel to these major cities.

Water Taxis:

Water Taxis operate within Annapolis Harbor but are not directly accessible from Edgewater. If you plan to explore the waterfront, you can drive to City Dock (around 15-20 minutes) and take a water taxi from there to various locations along the harbor.

Parking in Downtown Annapolis:

If you’re driving into downtown Annapolis, you’ll find several public parking garages and street parking. The nearest parking garage is located near the City Dock area, making it easy to explore the Historic District.

For Eastport parking, you can use nearby parking areas and either walk or take the Purple Shuttle into the downtown area.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property; if any evidence of smoking is found that requires additional cleaning or remediation, the associated costs will be charged to the responsible party.

• Early Check-In before 3pm for an additional fee of $50 to be paid before check -in

• Late Check-Out after 12pm for an additional fee of $50 to be paid before check-out
