Week Escape

What turned out to be the best weather in early June my friend and I had a glorious time both tacking a puzzle at the house or walking to Edgartown center and shop and eat. Highly recommend this place and cannot wait to stay again!

This is a great home in a great location! You can walk to Edgartown and stop and shop and bike to state beach. We have stayed at this property multiple times and look forward to it every year.

Great house and location!

This is our third time staying at this home and each has been delightful! Claire is very accommodating and we've had a great time on each occasion. The home is close to Edgartown and very well maintained with all of the conveniences you could hope to have.

Great first time at Martha’s Vineyard

We had a great time at the house. The house was very comfortable with everything we could need for the week. The house is perfectly decorated and was very clean. We enjoyed the back yard and picnic table. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was so cute! Super clean and modern. All ACs worked :) And definitely walking distance into the center of Edgartown! We didn’t have time to enjoy it but a really nice backyard as well. Would definitely stay again!!

Another wonderful stay!

We have stayed at Claire and Marcos’s home 3 summers now and are always so impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, style, and utility. It works extremely well for our family with two small children- the yard is a godsend and the location is perfect. We can’t wait to return again next year!

Another wonderful stay!

Our family had another wonderful early summer stay at Claire and Marcos’ home! The house is perfect for our children (ages 3 and 5), who love the backyard, outdoor shower, and sharing the twin bedroom. Well appointed, with all the amenities, and close to everything. We can’t wait to return!

Weekend stay to attend a family wedding

My husband and I stayed at the property with my brother and sister in law to attend a wedding in Edgartown. The property was lovely and we had everything we needed. The property is in a very convenient location - it truly is just a short walk to town. We will definitely stay there again if we ever get the opportunity to come back to Martha's Vineyard.

Another fabulous stay!

This is our 5th year staying at this property and it is always just a perfect pleasure. Everything is spotless and well-styled, the amenities are just what you would need for a beach vacation, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful while also somehow being completely central to everything. Claire is a wonderful host who is always responsive and helpful. We love our stays at this property and highly recommend it for families with young children, who will love the enclosed yard and the outdoor shower!

Very nice accommodations in a convenient location

Wonderful property. Well stocked with comfortable beds and furniture. Upgraded bathrooms and large outdoor shower worked well for our group of 6 adults. Restaurants, grocery, and liquor store all a short walk away. The walk to the town center is about 15 minutes and is scenic. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Rental

The place was immaculate and exactly as the pictures describe. A quick walk to downtown Edgartown and a quick bike ride to South Beach. We have stayed at the Winnetu for the last 9 years and will now continue to rent this beautiful home for our future stays.

Girls Getaway

We had 5 girls and this house was perfect! Plenty of space and the 2 full bathrooms were beautiful. This had a lovely backyard perfect for taking in all the greenery. The home was walkable to several things around you and into town. Host was very responsive and nice. We would totally stay here again.

Wonderful House/Experience

This is our second straight year staying at this house. Each time was great and this time the weather cooperated. The house is located in the lovely town of Edgartown and has all that one could want to enjoy your stay. Claire is very responsive to guests' requests and needs. Wedding weekend

We stayed at this home during our daughter's wedding weekend. It was so beautifully decorated and light and bright. The rooms were very clean and comfortable! We really loved staying here and it was a perfect backdrop for pre-wedding photos! Claire was very responsive to my emails and questions. We will definitely be back!

Perfect stay!

We felt at home right away. This house is clean, comfy and cozy. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Beds are very comfortable. And it’s a 10 - 15 minute walk to town! Outstanding! We’ll be back!

Late Summer Vacation

We had a great week at Claire's home. A nice 15 minute (with 2 kids) walk to central Edgartown, even faster by bike. Located on a quiet street with lots of privacy from tall front hedges and the large fenced-in backyard (which the kids loved running around in.) Very nice interior and just enough room for our family. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Claire!

Great MDW family vacation

Took a family vacation over Memorial Day weekend with my family of 6 plus an infant. The house was awesome, updated and had everything we needed. Location was great with just under a mile walk to downtown Edgartown. The yard was spacious and back deck was enjoyed for evening bbq. Claire was a lovely host! Very accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

What a wonderful stay on this magical island! Claire was very responsive to all our questions throughout the planning of our trip. The house is incredibly convenient to Edgartown! Walk is beautiful or it’s a quick drive to the center of town. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the bunnies in the yard and the birds in the trees. Very peaceful. The house had everything we needed, beds were comfortable , and the kitchen was well appointed (but we couldn’t find any pot holders or dish towels). We loved our week!
