Annual ski trip

Great spot — clean, good layout, well equipped, great location (especially for Powder Mtn). We’ve stayed in many other VRBOs and this is one of the best in the area. We hope to stay there again.

Very Nice Property & Responsive Host

We had a great time staying at this location. It was cozy and clean. Everyone in our group was pleased with our stay and the home itself. Lots of space for our group. There were a few bumps along the way but the host was VERY responsive and quick in resolving everything. Great communication and understanding from the host. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Great location to our ski resort (Nordic Valley).

Beautiful home, very well stocked, and comfortable beds. My family loved the close proximity to Pine View Res., the hottub and pool table, as well as the elk grazing in the back yard and wild turkeys. Community pool and pickleball court added bonus. Would stay here in again.

Wonderful property

The property is in a natural setting where deer and turkey come to visit and grasshoppers abound. Our grandchildren were enthralled. The house has a great setup with two king ensuite bedrooms on the main floor and a queen bedroom with a full bath next to it in the hall. The downstairs has a living/play area with two additional bedrooms and one full bath. The bedrooms consist of a queen plus twin room and a room with two doubles and two twins. The layout is great for different family groups. The kitchen is very well stocked. It is not like a typical VRBO that is stripped of essentials. There is a nice grocery store right outside of the neighborhood, also. The community pool has a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend the property. I'm sure you will enjoy staying here. The owner is very responsive.

Like Home

This house had everything! A well stocked kitchen with tools and supplies. Spices for all types of cooking and baking. Bathrooms had shampoos, conditioners and body wash. The house had so many little extras- You only need to bring your clothes. It was a comfortable house for everyone from the 82 yr old Grandfather to the teenager there was something to do for everyone. The massage chair and hot tub were a nice touch after a day of skiing. We did not encounter any problems with the house - and definitely look forward to a future stay while skiing at snow basin or powder mountain.

The Best Home in Eden

We've been renting homes in Eden for over 20 years and this is by far the best home we've ever rented. It's location is great for quick trips to the grocery/coffee and very convenient to Snow Basin and Powder Mountain. The property is well maintained, clean, kitchen well stocked, beds are comfy and there's plenty of space for our entire family. The hot tub and game area downstairs was a welcome retreat for all after a day of skiing.Ed immediately responded when we had questions. You can't go wrong with this property.

Family Ski Vacation

The property is excellent and full of amenities. Very comfortable with plenty of room for all. The basement game room was perfect for our group, and we all enjoyed the massage chair after a long day of skiing. Very convenient to Powder Mountain and Snow Basin. We enjoyed out stay and would stay again.

Amazing Ski Trip!

This house is absolutely incredible! We had a small group and the house felt massive. 24" of fresh powder fell while we were there and conditions at Powder Mountain were amazing. The hot tub and massage chair were a huge benefit after a long day on the mountain. Kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook most of our meals. Beds were very comfortable. Let's just say I was incredibly sad to leave and have been dreaming of being back there ever since. 110% recommend!!

Not our first time, nor our last.

We have stayed here before. It’s exactly as described. Spacious, well maintained and clean. Our ski group of 5 guys have stayed here before to ski Snowbasin and Powder. The owners keep the house in good working order, it is clean and very well stocked for cooking in the house. Plenty of space for a group or large family and an easy drive to either ski area. We will definitely be back next season.

Family Xmas in the mountains

This house was perfect for our needs! We were visiting UT to ski at Powder Mountain and Snow Basin through the Xmas week. We cooked most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed playing pool and relaxing in the hot tub or massage chair after a day on the slopes. We were a family of 6, and there was more than enough space to enjoy quiet time, sharing meals, or to be hanging together playing games or watching movies. We would definitely consider a return trip to stay at Ed's house. Thank you!
