The Space:

The kitchen is stocked and sharp — alder cabinets, granite counters — with gas and wood fireplaces and designer furnishings throughout. The main level holds a king primary suite with ensuite double vanity and a queen bedroom; the lower level adds another queen and a double twin bunk, plus the infrared sauna. The theater/family room (with gaming tables and TV area) doubles as overflow sleeping. Outside: the heated deck, the in-ground hot tub and cold plunge on the walk-out patio. Laundry with garage access; trail access nearby.



Guest Access:

The great room and kitchen host up to 8, with the private hot tub steps away and driveway parking. Positioned for snowfall getaways, golf, scenic hikes, and lake time.



The Neighborhood:

Set in Eden with the valley spread out below — mountain views out the windows, lake views beyond. Powder Mountain and Pineview Reservoir are quick drives, with hiking and biking trails close. Snowbasin is about 20 minutes, Wolf Creek Golf Course about 2, downtown Ogden about 25.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended, with driveway parking at the house. The area is quiet and private but central — resorts, the reservoir, and golf are all short drives. Salt Lake City International Airport is about an hour away.

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. No parties or events; no smoking anywhere on the property; quiet hours may apply. Fully equipped kitchen with the basics, luxury linens, hot tub towels, washer/dryer with detergent, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, ski/snowboard storage. Safety: exterior security cameras, smoke and CO alarms, first aid kit. Also offered for seasonal and long-term rental — ask us for details.
