Quiet cove just off big water. Lake is smooth as glass in early morning and evening. Enjoy cool breezes on the deck and dock while sipping your cocktail and taking in full moons and sunrises.

Large deck on 3 sides of the home perfect for entertaining or watching the family swim while enjoying the lake views. Launch your boat or jet ski at Crooked Creek Marina or drive 600 feet to the convenient neighborhood ramp just down the road in the subdivision.

Fabulous location just 90 minutes from Atlanta Property is easy to find off I-20 and Hwy 441 within a short drive to Eatonton or Milledgeville. Only one hour from Athens GA and 90 mins to Augusta, GA

The house itself features a King bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed with feather duvet in 2nd bedroom, two queen size beds for additional guests in the open loft. A basement suite with an additional bedroom, bathroom and living room.
The whole house offers a place to relax or entertain friends with the fantastic views as the backdrop.

The living room has Satellite HDTV, DVD player, and surround sound for entertainment. Also features high-speed internet. WI-FI, Wall-mounted Flat screen HDTV in King Bedroom, Kitchen is fully equipped with side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, oven, utensils, dishes, and cutlery. Two full baths with fluffy towels This makes it ideal for any kind of mini vacation weekend or a relaxing week in the country. Options for kids of any age.

Nice get away place!
My friends and I stayed a few days, but we should have reserved the place for a week! The property was so comfortable we spent a day lounging and watching music videos. You won't be disappointed when you stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at the lake cabin! It was cold so we enjoyed the fireplace and sitting out on the dock! The area is very rural so you pass some interested homes coming in, but once you're there, it's peaceful and the lake is gorgeous!!

Outstanding lake get-away.
The property was just as advertised. The large porch and dock were great. The house provided all that we needed for a family of seven. Eatonton is a nice small town - highly recommend the Uncle Remus museum. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful vacation
We loved this house on the lake. We had 2 families with 2 teenagers each. The porch was perfect. Sunny on one side and shade and fans on the other. The kids played games on the coffee table at night and swam by the dock during the day. Take your boat because the cove is perfect for tubing and kneeboarding!

Great House, but outdoors needs some TLC
We really enjoyed the inside of the house. It was very clean inside and had all the amenities needed for indoor vacationing. Also, house has a good view of the lake. This would be a great property to rent for people/ families that just want a place with pretty view and will either be staying indoors for entire stay or for fishing. The end of the dock is very shallow (4ft or less at end of dock) so not adequate for some boats. We had to dock at night at the marina and drive back and forth but we knew this was a possibility when we rented. Also, big stumps and limbs on both sides of dock so swimming at end is adequate but not on either side of dock. Deck surface on house was clean but chairs were very outdated/dirty so only ok sitting at picnic bench. Backyard grass was tall so needed to be cut and bushes in back trimmed more so view could be optimized and not so overgrown. I looked for kayak but never found it. Property manager was super nice right up until the last and largest payment was made and then all of her cooperation went south. I had asked if I could add my 80 yr old parents, brother, and niece to myself and my three kids staying there (would still only be 8-9 people which is what description of house holds)and she said that Lake Lanier was better suited for partiers. I wasn’t planning to have a party at all but especially not with my 80 yr old parents. Also, house says pet friendly and she was happy to accommodate before deposit was paid but after she found out we had two dogs and not just one, she became difficult and said absolutely not. If you are staying here with pontoon boat or just renting for indoor stay, this house is perfect, but any other outdoor activities would be difficult. Definitely don’t stay here if you have inboard boat
