    WILDLIFE WARNING
    The lakeside is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including fish like the largemouth bass, sunfish, and catfish, as well as birds, deer, and insects. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), and secure all garbage.

    It is also recommended to avoid bushes or long grass and to bring some pepper spray when going out for a hike or jog. We regularly perform pest control and take extra measures to prevent critters from entering our homes; please keep doors and windows closed to keep them out.

    NOISE
    We kindly request all guests to respect the quiet hours from 10 pm to 9 am. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

    Please note that a boat is parked on the property but it is off-limits to guests. Let us know if you need more information on nearby boat rentals.

    This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside or outside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

    FISHING AT LAKE OCONEE
    Fishing is permitted at Lake Oconee and managed by Georgia Power. Guests may fish from boats, banks, and public piers. A valid Georgia fishing license is required for anyone 16+. Please observe posted signage, avoid restricted areas, and note that private shorelines require owner permission.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful house. The house was spacious, spotless, and even more impressive than the photos, with plenty of room for our large group to relax without ever feeling crowded. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the indoor-outdoor living spaces—screened porch, fire-pit area, hot tub, and private dock—made the trip unforgettable. The communication with the host was seamless. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing, memory-filled getaway, and we would absolutely stay again.

Spectacular Stay

We had an amazing time in this property. The house is spectacular and looks even nicer than the pictures. Views of the lake are breathtaking. Our family just had the best time. Every room is extremely comfortable and beautifully designed. The kitchen and appliances are top notch and there were plenty of living spaces to entertain our big family. Very nice house. Spacious and well-equipped. The view of the lake from the living areas up and downstairs is just incredible. It was unfortunately a bit too hot to enjoy the outdoor amenities, but the view was always there. The game room is fun as well. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a fantastic vacation home! All of the amenities in the house were very high quality, plenty of space for our whole crew of fifteen, and a beautiful view of the lake the minute you open the front door. We had plenty of activities to do. We swam in the lake, fished, kayaked, went tubing and jetskiing, discovered the large rock for jumping,and rope for swinging out over the water, and made somemores over the campfire. Back in the house after dark we enjoyed many games of pool in the game room and enjoyed watching movies on the large screen tvs. I think we all went home with many new memories and a wish that we could stay longer. What a great vacation place!!

Overall, we loved our stay at this property. The views were incredible. The house was clean and comfortable. The high-tech system that controls the lights, doors, temp, and house music was easy and convenient. The only things I would re-look at was little things - no pot holders / oven mits, dish towels and a few small things. Overall, was delightful. Thank you!

Great property

The property was great. Need to add a modem for downstairs bedroom where signal is weak. Also suggest someone to look at downstairs water heater. Temperature in bathrooms was Luke warm except for downstairs master. Overall, the property is a beautiful home and great outside space and access. We would certainly come back.

We had a great stay the only thing I would say that would help is instructions on how to use the house system to control lights. There was a fan that was on the entire time we couldn't get to turn off. Other then that it was very nice, clean and would defiantly come back.

Perfect Stay on Lake Oconee

Luxury Lake Escape is an understatement when it comes to this property. What a beautiful stay myself and my family had. From the gorgeous views to the comfort of feeling like we are in our own home we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We spent the day on the lake and the night in the hot tub relaxing watching the kids run in the yard. We had the opportunity to grill out with beautiful views and socialize while making sides.The property was very well taken care of and the process of check in and check out made are trip run smooth. We loved the beautiful lawn for our kids to run and play and the game room above the garage was a great area to hang out in and have some fun! The new management company was super responsive, thank you Debbie for sharing your home with us. Can’t wait to stay again, everything was perfect!!
