The Leeward Studio is one of four guest apartments in the brand new Main Street Station, designed to complement beloved historic structures of Eastsound. This is a premium unit, with spacious open floor plan of 430 square feet, queen bed, pull-out sofa, fully equipped compact kitchen, view balcony, and nearby stairs to the gorgeous rocky beach. Architecturally crafted with attention to every detail, and all new furnishings in coastal, organic style we call 'beachy elegance.' The rooms highlight natural textures and products from local artisans. In Eastsound Village you will find all you need -- farmer's market, bookstore, kayak rentals, bicycles, grocery, natural foods, boutiques, gift shops, and more. In fact, you don't even have to bring a car! Skip the ferry lines and pack light, take a shuttle or taxi to Eastsound, and the rest of your trip is easy. Feel free to ask us for any other special details you may desire for your get-away. Simply the perfect spot for your Orcas Island adventure! Everything was great with this centrally-located property in Eastsound. Well-furnished with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The only negative was that the TV didn’t work.

This is a lovely studio. It is private and quiet, yet right on Main St close to shops, grocery, museum, and restaurants. The view adds so much to the bright and cheery unit. The bed is quite comfortable too.

It was very nice comfortable and had an excellent location . Just a short walk of everything you would need! Quiet and had a nice waterfront view! If I ever make it back to Orcas Island this is where I would stay .

Cute and cozy

We loved this place ! The view is amazing and the host super responsive and helpful, we needed a blender and she provided with one immediately. I recommend this place :)

Wow! What a perfect stay in a perfect location. We enjoyed the fresh, clean loft with a beautiful view. The locally roasted coffee that was provided was a very nice and thoughtful touch. Would absolutely recommend booking this spot if available.

Weekend Getaway - May 2025

This place has the most amazing views and it is located in the heart of Eastwood in Orcas Island. Everything is walking distance.The Vrbo is spacious, comfortable and beautiful. I will definitely book this again for another weekend getaway.

Beautiful room overlooking water. It was great being able to listen to the waves laying in bed at night. Centrally located in Eastsound. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Eastsound.

Perfect location for food and shopping and a quick drive to all the hiking destinations. The view was fantastic! I would return again.

Beautiful, cozy and relaxing place to stay right in Eastsound.

We spent two nights in the Leeward Studio and we could not have been happier. Tasteful interior, fully furnished, a very comfy bed and terrific view from the small deck. We hope to return again soon.
