"The people next door spent most of the night in and out of their room- slamming the door- then talking outside my window. Someone in that room was throwing up in the middle of the night- needless to say- I did not get a good night's sleep after driving 10 hrs and the next day another 10 hrs."

"The rooms definitely need an overhaul!! Tiny closets with doors you can barely open. The bathroom needs renovation: we found rust , peeling on walls, cracked tiles and insufficient water pressure. Hotel appearance needs help. The best part of staying is the staff in all departments! And the hotels location to / on Riverwalk. "

"The property was undergoing renovations. I was unaware of this at booking, but received an email from the property about a week before check-in. Check-in was quick and the girl at the desk was courteous. She did advise me if the renovations at this time. Room was clean and comfortable. It appears to have been recently updated. No water problems this time. We had them in our last stay. Bar staff were courteous, as usual, and attentive. Another great stay!"

Rooms themselves are decent but the buildings are in need of updating especially room exteriors, balconies, etc. Very clearly can hear conversations of surrounding rooms. Overall the property, pools, beach, etc more than make up for the inconveniences. "

"Our stay here was wonderful. The room was clean and large. It was ready ahead of time which was a blessing. The staff were all very pleasant and courteous. The amenities were nice although we did use the gym or pool. The bar and continental breakfast was nice! "
