    Our eleven-bedroom residence spans over 1.4 acres and is the perfect luxury getaway for those wanting to relax and rejuvenate. Directly across the street from the marina, The Watermark can be accessed either by boat or car.

    Our newly redesigned rooms & suites allow you to enjoy tranquil accommodations, bay or pool views. These charming guest rooms have been thoughtfully redesigned with your comfort in mind.

    Full Kitchen (pots, pans, dinnerware, oven, stove, coffee maker, latte & cappuchino maker)

    **We want to ensure that everyone who stays with us, as well as our neighbors, enjoy the comfortable, peaceful, and enjoyable environment our neighborhood is accustomed to. Please note that guests are asked not to play loud music outside at all times. No DJs, no loud speakers to be used outside, no noisy gathering outside in the garden especially after 10 pm.

    **We kindly ask that if you are looking to host a gathering and anticipate there being loud activity or sound, that you make alternative accommodations. Please plan to stay with us when you’re looking for a more low-key getaway.

    **Please note that with beautiful summer months come insects. Our team goes above and beyond to keep the inside and perimeter of our property lined with insecticide, however there may be times when they are encountered. We are not accountable for ants or bees who make their way in or around the property, as they are a part of the natural environment and are out of our control.

    **For Pool Heater Usage: 40 gallons (half tank) is complimentary. Usage of more than half a tank will be at an additional charge of $350 per 90 gallon tank

    **Parking is for maximum of 8 cars. There is no street parking allowed.

What a perfect venue to celebrate a special occasion! We chose this house for my husband’s birthday and it exceeded our expectations. The rooms are generously sized with bathrooms in nearly every room, a huge plus for a large group. Jhoanna was fantastic, always quick to respond and so accommodating. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this stay!

Family getaway in the Hamptons

Beautiful place with a lot of rooms right on the waters edge. Definitely try the restaurant across the street. We also discovered there was a large room with a bath next to the deck as we were checking out :) FYI for future guests! Would love to stay again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful property. The communication was excellent, the house was very clean upon our arrival, each room is gorgeous and we felt right at home. Winter Weekend Getaway

Great location. Plenty of room for ten couples to stay, each getting their own bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom while being a great place to gather for meals and games at the large kitchen and dining room tables and relax in the large living room. We also enjoyed the back deck and fire pit on a chilly February evening.

Family time at a beautiful house!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home with our extended family. Ample space for our group of 22. The house had everything we needed including a gorgeous Waterview. The owner was easily accessible for questions and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend this house for your next stay.

Exceptional Bedroom/Bathroom convenience

As described - 11 bedrooms - 9 have en-suite bathrooms - 2 in basement share a bathroom. GREAT pool - pool toys - bicycles - front wrap around porch for sipping wine or playing with the kids.

Amazing Hamptons Getaway!

We had an incredible time at Watermark! I wanted to surprise my Mom with a wine getaway weekend with her cousins that she hadn't seen in almost 10 years. Family from across 6 states came together at the Watermark for an incredibly memorable weekend. The views from the kitchen and porch of the bay were absolutely stunning! The beds and pillows were also incredibly comfortable. The host Jhoanna was very responsive and wonderful to work with. There was plenty of space for our group of 19. We hope to return in the future!

Perfect spot for large family reunion

The house was amazing … perfect size for our family reunion. Took advantage of the outdoor volleyball court, bbq grill, bikes, fireplace, laundry, gym, hot tubs, and kitchen. Check in and check out was super easy … the host even graciously allowed us to have early check in and late check out since we had handicapped elderly guests in our party. Neighborhood was peaceful and safe … one of the neighbors even found my Yorkie who wandered off to check out the Marina! Every single member of our family loved the house and property. Highly recommend!!

Amazing Wedding Weekend

We tied our stay at the watermark in with our wedding weekend in the Hamptons which was definitely a huge bonus to the weekend! The property is gorgeous with plenty of space as listed. Some of the furniture was worn out or broken in spots and could have been replaced. We also could have used more kitchen supplies as most of it seemed to be left over miscellaneous items. Jhoanna was extremely helpful every step of the way and a pleasure to work with. This made our stay stress free to enjoy everything the house had to offer. Overall amazing weekend and we would definitely recommend booking your trip!

Great stay!

We had a big group here for a family reunion & to celebrate my grandmothers 90th birthday! We had kids between 1 year to 10 years old, a handful of young adults and everyone else 30+ years old and everyone had a good time. It wasn’t *spotless* when we arrived (still trash in a lot of the bathroom trash cans, socks were dirty immediately just from walking around, crumbs on shelves) but nothing a quick cleanup ourselves couldn’t fix. We also had some pretty bad storms while we were there, the house lost some shingles and a leak formed in the foyer, they sent someone out to look at it right away but they weren’t able to patch it up then because it was still too rainy and windy. The communication with the host through the rain experience and everything leading up to the trip was fantastic!

Great house but terrible management

We had a great time at the house – it was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. However, after our stay, we realized we had left a winter coat and a blazer. We immediately contacted the property manager, who confirmed they had found our belongings and promised to send them to us. Despite multiple emails and their initial confirmation, they stopped responding and never sent our items. This was very disappointing, especially given the cost of our stay. We’ve rented other properties before, and hosts have always returned forgotten items, sometimes even free of charge. Unfortunately, this experience has left us with a negative impression.

Beautiful Mansion in need of some improvements

The mansion is beautiful, with large rooms in the upstairs bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms in the basement were a bit small and a bit Spartan. The fireplace room had 4 remotes, none of which worked the large screen tv, and half of the bedrooms had remotes that did not work the tv's. The kitchen silverware drawer was filthy, requiring my wife to clean the draw and was the silverware. The pocket door in the kitchen was off the track (not a big issue), however it requires repairing, The lower draw in the freezer could not make ice as it was disconnected. .Most of the bathrooms had Jacuzzi's which doubled as a shower, however I would recommend some type of handles on the wall so older people feel more secure while showering. From start to finish this home was fantastic! Everyone loved the home, pool and property. Everything was very clean upon arrival. The only small problem we had was with the pool heater but after reaching out to the host it was fixed. We hope to stay again in the future

A Wonderful Family Vacation

As I am approaching my 90th birthday, I wanted to take my family on a vacation, all 21 of us, and this was a perfect setting. Away from the crowds, in our own “mini-hotel,” was a great location. The rooms were big and spacious, and every room came with its own bathroom, equally spacious. The common areas for meals, watching the television, or just for sitting around with family, were more than adequate for this large crew. I recall one evening when family members with watching a movie while two other groups were at the dining table, adults on one side, children on the other, playing card games, and we all felt together. The pool was very large and every day found family members enjoying the water. We even spent one evening in the well lit pool, under the stars and moon lit sky. It’s definitely a place I hope that my family and I would return to.

AMAZING HOME, was wholesomely very spacious and very beautiful home all-together. Fit my family and friends very well, spacious, and good location. Highly recommended to all, A++ HOST Jhoanna was amazing

Great Location and Accommodations

Great layout, especially having each bedroom having their own private bathroom. Plenty of room to enjoy each other! We had 6 couples, and plan to go back again. Worth the stay

Great stay for friends and family!

We had a wonderful stay with our large group of friends and family. Jordyn and the crew were wonderfully responsive and accommodating. We were delighted to find that we could easily seat 20 people at a single long dining table and that there were a variety of lounge areas for us to gather in large and small groups. The beds are comfortable and having a bathroom for almost every one was so amazing. Thanks again and we hope to be back soon!

Perfect for our family

Once we were a family of 6, now we number18 people. My Mother wanted all her children and their families together under one roof and this house made that happen. It was perfect for our needs with amble kitchen space to share cooking and cleaning duties. The game room and gym downstairs were great, a wonderful pool and room for people to go off on their own. The area has something for everyone. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Great Stay for the Price

We went a few weeks ago with a group of friends. Jhoanna and the owner are very accommodating and responsive. The house is very spacious and and well designed! We really enjoyed our stay and created invaluable memories there! Look forward to going again!
