Calling this a ranch is a stretch!! The property itself was clean and as expected. We were informed at check-in that there would be a 50 charge to use the grill/griddle. After a conversation about it they didn’t make us pay it because we were never told and at the time it didn’t state it anywhere. While the deck is private it is shared with the owner so you do have traffic when they use their patio door. If you are a light sleeper this may not be the property for you! It’s a shared home and they have 2 or 3 very large dogs. When they bark it is loud! Over all not a bad stay…just not quite as peaceful as we hoped!

Ed was super friendly and welcoming. The property was beautiful and we had a great time. We will definitely consider booking another visit in the future.

Beautiful sunsets

Beautiful b&b set in the countryside- close to hiking - canoeing- farmers markets - antiquing and R&R Nice jetted tub and huge shower to relax our aching bones… would recommend to anyone to check it out Good communication with host

Great Place and Hospitality!

This rental was a nice place to stay with the jetted tub, smart TV, and a lot of space to roam outdoors. We visited with Ed and he took us around in the ATV. It was a nice serene place with animals to visit with.

Winter retreat

We stayed at the property which we thoroughly enjoyed and spent time visiting local towns and sights. Ed was a total peach and Denise was great to work with prior to our stay. We'd love to go back again.

Simply Perfect!

Stayed for 2 nights and everything was exactly as described. The view is gorgeous and set far off the road for a very peaceful setting.The host, Ed, is super friendly and made us feel right at home! Will definitely stay again.
