"The room was clean and the beds were very good. One annoying problem was that the shampoo, conditioner, and the bath soap dispensers were empty! Unfortunately, I didn’t find out until I was ready to use the shampoo. I believe this is a newly acquired hotel by Marriott and they still need to fine tune themselves to Marriott’s standards. Our welcome message was for another family and the room across the way made their own “Do not disturb” sign!"

"Was on 3rd floor Very loud room above until late and early in the morning. Loud jumping. Pounding Had important cross country trip had to stop hour later due to zero sleep. Asked staff for help None. I will never go to a Holiday inn again paper thin walls and ceilings very poor construction Paid almost $200 for room and zero sleep. Lesson learned. Lots of kids above me no supervision. Worst stay ever had in 30 years of traveling. I usually do no leave reviews. Terrible"

"The hotel is under a a reno project. It wasn’t too inconvenient. We moved rooms because of the exhaust fan in the bathroom kept running. The next room had the same problem so I assume they were upgrading that system too. Tiana (I hope I got the name right), on the front desk was very helpful. Appreciated her help."

"Everything would have been 5 stars except for the breakfast attendant on Monday & Tuesday. She was complaining about guests, standing around talking to other employees, and generally unhelpful when asked about coffee. Their little machine wasn’t working quite right but on Monday they had carafes full of coffee and Tuesday they did not. When asked she just said it was broken and that she was “so busy” since she was alone that day. We literally saw her do nothing related to breakfast service and...

"Clean room and friendly staff. Be prepared for a long ride to/from the airport, as the hotel is located several miles away from the terminal and the shuttle is shared between several adjacent hotels."

I also had a problem with the door. The deadbolt kept popping out when I tried to shut the door meaning the door would be easy accessible to anyone when I asked to change rooms she claimed there was no available rooms left that they were full capacity, but I saw three more people check-in off the streets, not with reservations.
