This is our second stay at Mindy and Allison’s house. The hosts are very responsive. The house is in great condition and charming. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fairly well equipped. Great location for visiting the valley!

The property owner was very responsive so we could make the most of our stay. Loved the old heritage touches bones of the the historic farmhouse with modern kitchen and comfortable amenities. Would stay again.

Absolutely beautiful property, spotlessly clean, every detail considered. Kitchen had everything we needed, the whole place was comfortable and perfectly set up. Absolutely loved our stay with family. Communication was great, check in and out was simple.

This lovely home is even more charming than the pictures on Vrbo capture. The furnishings are well appointed, and the kitchen well equipped to make a family holiday dinner. Mindy is a great host, and readily available should you need anything. I highly recommend this for a specific visit.

This beautiful home was perfect for our short stay in Western Massachusetts. Everything was just lovely, clean, comfortable, quiet. Great hosts and so kind and accommodating to our needs. Thank you so much. We will definitely look to stay here again for future family visits.

Lovely experience.

We had a wonder weekend stay. The house was charming and perfect for our writer's retreat. It was clean, the owners were friendly and available but there was really no need to contact them because everything in the house was visibly labeled and any instructions were easy and clear to follow. We enjoyed our stay and will be going back again.

Charming property, charming area

Property is a great combination of authentic colonial charm and updated amenities that make the stay a pleasure. Service, comfort and privacy were great! Good access to surrounding area and a nice break from hotels as usual. Good place to stay for dance students of CLI Conservatory!

From the very clear directions, friendly and amazing communication of our host, every detail from the perfect kitchen and coffee maker and electric tea kettle, to the fans in every room, the warm gentle lighting, spacious and spotless bathrooms, to the coziness of the home location and view of fall trees out every window including deer visiting in the morning - our stay was so comforting while visiting my daughter for college. We all slept better than we have in a long time - comfy beds and plenty of thick blankets and perfect temp control too! Thank you Mindy for such a thoughtful and wonderful classic New England home stay!

We had a wonderful weekend at this impeccably clean and charming home! Old World charm blended perfectly with all the modern conveniences we’re used to. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was excellent throughout.The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and the house had everything we needed—and more. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water and towels for our group of five.I just can’t say enough about how lovely this property is. Highly recommend!

This is a charming home, with plenty of room for our party of four. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and well stocked. The heating system worked well (which is important in Massachusetts in December!). The house is conveniently located, only a few minutes drive to the town of Easthampton and around 15 minutes away from Northampton. There is a grocery store nearby in Easthampton, as well as several great bakeries and restaurants. Mindy was very welcoming, and stopped by to introduce herself after we checked in. Highly recommended!

A 200 year old home on a farm that has updated bathrooms and kitchen. The property is beautiful and quiet. Highly recommended for families.

What an absolute gem - Mindy is a wonderful host, completely available to answer every question, and the house itself is just gorgeous. Spacious, warm, cozy, beautifully appointed. They have thought of everything! The location cannot be beat - it feels very private and peaceful, surrounded y nature, but it's just minutes to get right into the heart of Easthampton. This place is a gem. (Great work space too, so I was able to get lots of work done on the days I worked remotely.) Ten stars!

Perfect family weekend getaway

This home is beautiful. It is very accurately described as quaint and colonial with modern conveniences. Well decorated and simply done, our family enjoyed relaxing here after a weekend full of Fall activities in the area. The owners are very helpful and prompt with communication.
