"We were just here on a stopover. The staff at the front desk were so welcoming. The room looked clean and I'm great condition. The beds were great. I haven't had such a good sleep in a long time. I'm just disappointed i didn't have time to use the pool. We were very happy with our stay. "

"Nice property with nicely appointed rooms. Only stayed one night (checked in at 12:45 am)so didn't use any of the amenities. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Only down sides: housekeeping knocked on our door 2.5 hours prior to check-out time; floor in the shower was walking on ice...my spouse slipped and bumped his head."

"The person on duty at check in on 08/07 at circa 9pm was super helpful and efficient. We were only staying as a result of late arrival in Spokane due to flight delays. I forget his full name, it was something first name and last name Marchand but he made the process a good experience for a tired couple. Otherwise, it's a Hilton Garden inn and I always know what to expect. Having one at the Spokane airport made the choice of Hilton a no brainer. Thanks P.s. my wife was highly complimentary of...

"Potential extra cost for early checkin, I don’t like that because when we travel on road trips our departure times are like 4–5-am so searching for hotel is between 12–1-pm; as a result, with early check in added cost we will not reserve or stay even if we must drive up to 12-hours to find a no early checkin fee applies hotel"

"I had a comfortable sleep, and a nice shuttle driver, that is all I need for a night, so worked for me. The wifi could use some improvements, but the hotel staff is very nice and helpful."
