Beautiful 3 bedroom beach home that sleeps 8 people comfortably. Gorgeous water views from the large yard and multiple access to Onset Beaches. Enjoy Ice cream, lobster rolls, pizza, bars and restaurants within walking distance. If you enjoy the outdoors cook on the grill or get cozy around the fire and make some s’mores. Relax on the multiple porches while watching the sun set. Pickle ball, basketball/ tennis courts and play grounds are all within walking distance. If you’re up for a boat cruise, fishing or a quick trip to Martha’s Vineyard, Plymouth, Hyannis or P-Town you have found your vacation oasis.

Good weather, convenient location, pet friendly and good size to comfortably house 4 adults & dog for the week. Listing did not list washer/dryer so that was a nice bonus.

Onset Village, this is an old village and this house confirmed that. We had 5 adults. Back porch was nice to sit at with the breeze and view of water. Kitchen, not great, refrig was missing a shelf and had no door railings rendering the refrig to less storage space. The refrig also opened in the wrong direction considering the config of the kitchen. No steak knives, no sharp knives. One small fry pan. Very old oven range with cracked window and oven was somewhat rusted. Oven did work and held the temp setting. My mom lived nearby so we asked her to bring a bread knife, electric griddle and a sharp knife so that we could cook for the crowd. Our bedroom had many drain flys. Sliding door was full of fingerprints. I washed the slider inside/out so that we could view the water and deck without looking at the uncleaned glass. Storm door on front entrace was broken. Bathroom mirror was taped on with white duck tape. 2 Electrical outlets were a bit scary to use. Portable a/c upstairs bedrm had masking tape holding the exhaust to window. The 2 bedrm on first floor were comfortable, the twin beds upstairs were ok. Owner was very responsive but the house in general needs a lot of upgrades. The house was very convenient to the beach and village. Location was great, but the house needs a lot of work. Some of the furniture definitely needs to be replaced. Back porch needs to be power washed, etc. We were in town for a wedding, so we made the house work for us regardless.

Great host. She was quick with our responses. We loved the location. Walking distance to the beach and ice cream was key! It was so nice to have a fenced in yard for our two year old to run around in. The kitchen was tough to work in. Very small and missing staples such as baking sheets. We felt that the place could have been cleaned a bit better. Overall great vaca !

Wow, the house was perfect with a fenced yard, host was very helpful with all our questions and needs.Perfect location to visit other areas like Martha’s Vineyard, P town, Chatham, etc. stay here and u won’t be disappointed. Very clean, has everything u need and more.

Close to Cape

The house is modest and small with plenty of parking. I would consider it a landing pad as opposed to somewhere you're gonna hang. Two of the 3 bedrooms have AC, something to keep in mind. It is nice if you want to be close to the Cape, since it is so close, but Onset itself is nothing to write home about, some of it is a bit run down. There isn't much in walking distance aside of a couple of restaurants and an ice cream shop.

Everyone thought the house was very nice and organized. It was in such a convenient location to walk to get food by the water and go to onset beach. It was also less than an hour away from many beaches. We went to Sagamore Beach, Sandy Neck Beach, Sandwich boardwalk/beach and Old Silver Beach. Onset beach had beautiful sunsets, spider crabs, and even tiny hermit crabs. Such an amazing experience, I would highly recommend.

4th of July family trip

The owner was excellent at communication and flexibility. She provided arrival snacks, early check-in, beach cart, and chairs for use. Parked 4 vehicles and was able to walk to most activities. Although we did drive to a few nature walk trails and breakfast one morning. We were not sure what to expect on location but it served our family well. Some relaxing time and some night life time. The cottage was good for our extended family gathering. There's a firepit and can buy wood within walking distance. Overall a good experience

Great location!

The house was nice and clean. The owner lives next door and was great about making sure everything went well. Note that there is parking or four cars- a great thing when adult family is gathering for a vacation.

Cute little gem in Onset

Our family had a wonderful 2 night stay at Marie’s property in Onset. The home was clean & comfortable, and close to everything Onset has to offer. The back yard & deck were great - a large piece of property in a beach community is rare! A gorgeous, mature tree in the yard provided ample shading for all the kids to run around and stay cool (the fenced in yard was also a plus!) Quick walk to the front beach/restaurants, about 10-15 mins walk to the back beach. The house had beach chairs, a beach cart, games & was generally very comfortable (AC split unit in one of the downstairs bedroom, portable AC unit upstairs) Would definitely stay again.

Couples getaway

We had a great stay. House was as described inside and had a good amount of space. Outside you do share the backyard space with the house the host lives, which was not an issue for us, but also not something you may be fully aware of from listing. We had some minor appliance issues but the host was great at immediately accommodating and fixing them for us. House really is within walking distance to onset beach, pier, several restaurants, and activities, which was very nice. We did end up driving one day to go to a beach with more of a beach feel as you are very much in the bay at Onset. Any other needs/wants are within driving distance. We had one rainy day, but decided to take advantage of the less then ideal weather to go to the water park that was less then 10min away. Overall a fun time at a property that fit our needs!
