Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire chalet, including five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, game room, and a private outdoor space featuring a hot tub, pool, patio, and backyard. Enjoy the convenience of a private garage and the use of amenities like a BBQ grill, fire pit, and outdoor seating. Access to the lake is also available.



The property is located within a gated residential community with 24/7 patrols, offering a heightened sense of safety.



Access to the community pool and lake can be arranged through the host. Kindly contact us in advance, as passes must be arranged before your arrival. A fee applies for each pass issued.



Other Things to Note:

A 360-degree exterior CCTV system with motion detection and floodlights enhances security across the grounds, while maintaining complete privacy. There are no indoor cameras of any kind.
