The home offers a fully equipped state of the art kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half bathrooms, fireplace, spectacular exterior space to entertain year round all while sleeping 16!! It's the perfect go-to for group of friends traveling together, family reunion or a romantic couples getaway.

After a busy day enjoying all the Poconos has to offer such as skiing, hiking, sightseeing or shopping, it's time to relax in our luxurious Pocono Retreat!!! Watch a movie on the 70 inch SmartCast TV. Enjoy our enormous Living Room while stretching out on one our luxurious yet comfy power recliner sofas. In the winter you can cozy up to the fireplace, share a bottle of wine and if you prefer whipping up your own cocktails with our professional grade Blender.

No matter what time of year you reserve the home you will surely will enjoy our luxurious backyard patio and entertainment area. Boast your cooking skills on outdoor Hibachi Grill. During the evening roast marshmallows while star gazing in front of our beautiful gas burning fire pit (bring your own propane cylinders) . We even offer a 48,000 BTU exterior propane heater (bring your own propane cylinders) to enjoy chilly Pocono evenings outdoors. Your options are endless!!

No matter how you spend your day in the Poconos, round out each evening with a home-cooked meal made in the fully equipped state of the art kitchen. Chat with company around the dining table late into the evening, until you're ready to retire to one of the 5, beautiful, spacious bedrooms.

The house has 2 full bathrooms and two half bath, each with plenty of storage. The half bath is located on first floor and in basement. On the second floor the hallway bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo and a vanity. The largest bathroom is located in Master Suite and is equipped with a stand up dual shower, heads jacuzzi tub, dual sink vanity and plenty of storage.

Home is equipped with a total of SIX TVs equipped with ROKU.

1) First Floor Living Room has a 65 Inch Curved smart TV.
2) Second Floor Living Room has a massive 80 Inch Smart TV.
3) Master Bedroom has 2 TVs including one in Bathroom to enjoy Jacuzzi.
4) Outdoor Patio has a TV.
5) Outdoor Cabana/bar has a TV. No remote, use TV’s smart switch at middle bottom of TV to control volume and power on/off.

★BLUE MOUNTAIN LAKE ESTATES AMENITIES ★

*Access to 3 community pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer field, children’s playground, water spray park, gazebo, lake access and walking trails.

Additional conveniences and safety:

1) Please remember you are staying in a home not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but this home is strictly used as a vacation rental, and no one lives on-site 24/7.

2) The home is equipped with a comprehensive first aid kit. The kit is located in the half bathroom on first floor under the sink.

3) One Fire Extinguisher is provided in the home located on Kitchen Transom window which is accessible from Kitchen as well as Living room.

4) Based on availability we do offer an early check in and late check out options at an additional fee upon approval by owner and must be paid in advance.

5) For your enhanced security home has nine exterior cameras located at each entry/exit doors, driveway, backyard, garage and pool area.

6) EV charger can be used after host’s approval and additional fee of $100 per night. Garage is not allowed for guests parking except for pre-approved EV charging.
